Worse car rental place ever. 1 star review only because I can't leave 0. Avoid this place and this location at all costs. Worse customer service, 2 hour wait just to be told they don't have a car when I reserved my car 4 days ago. Employees leave before 5 pm although hours of operations are until 530. Even the Ford (this enterprise is inside the Ford dealership) employees say they hate working with these guys and that they always hear how much customers hate this location. AVOID! This location should SHUT DOWN!

Absolutely worst customer service ever. The manager does not go out of his way to help anyone and he does not care about the customers that have small insurance coverage. I've been to a few other enterprise and they have upgraded me rental at no extra charge. My moms insurance only covers $30 a day. They had nothing available for over a week. I told him my experience and he said he will not upgrade without charging. But I did call the Meacham Enterprise and he is upgrading my mom's car without charging extra. Now that's what I call customer service and a good human being. Go to Meacham. They have great customer service.

Spent 5 HOURS on the phone trying to get someone to pick up for an insurance claim only to have to be transferred by one of their non-insurance workers immediately to them. Absolutely ridiculous abismal customer service, don’t bother having a system with an insurance option if no one is ever going to answer. And no need to respond to this review, your appeasement is unnecessary in this case

I was involved in a car accident. My insurance company quickly authorized my rental replacement in less than 2 hours. I spent the subsequent 8 hours trying to get someone to answer the phone, but as of this writing, they still haven't. I eventually got transferred by an automated system to a call center and spoke to an agent who spoke down to me and was incredibly rude. Do not expect customer service from this location. Do not expect to be treated as a valued customer by Enterprise. This is the single worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. Do business with someone else.

Waited for 45 minutes to get a rental car through insurance which was supposed to be paid for by insurance and then was told that I needed to put down a $50 deposit as a driver the insurance company is covering it I should not to pay anything and then told that they don't take cash out memo or chime so I was screwed out of a rental car waited for 2 hours for a ride back to my work

Staff was friendly, but car was junk. Car was smelly inside, had damaged flooring, maintenance light on throughout rental, low tire pressure lights, very worn outside. Enterprise always seem to have the worst cars. Location is convenient for car repairs, but will not return.

Ross Wilson was a remarkable agent, I got to pick which car I wanted, it wasn't a long process because he carried a iPad with all the documents to sign. The vehicle I enjoyed the most was a Chrysler Pacifica Van it was awesome. I'll never forget Enterprise.

I’ve rented from here several times! And every time it’s an awesome experience. Very friendly, fast and courteous individuals who seem to love what they do! The whole experience from start to finish was unstressed and flawless!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.. Thank you again for making me feel welcomed…… I got my baby back??????

My husband was needing to rent a vehicle while his truck was in the shop.Thank goodness for Andrew at this location. He was super helpful and friendly.Because of my husband’s job, he needs a larger vehicle to hold tools. When he went to a different Enterprise first, that staff was extremely rude and argumentative-even when she clearly messed up his reservation. BUT when my husband spoke with Andrew in Burleson, Andrew took the time to listen to what my husband needed, understood the issue, and did everything he could to rectify the problem that the previous Enterprise caused. The process was quick and painless, and Andrew got my husband into a vehicle that fit his needs. He took a poor experience, and turned it into a positive one. Because of Andrew, we’ll definitely go back to this Enterprise.

Would give 0 stars if it was available. I called to set up an appointment for an insurance claim. They said they couldn't get me a car for several days. Rather than help me determine another Enterprise location that may have a vehicle, the representative said I was welcome to call around to see if anyone else has a vehicle. Do business with someone else if you can.

Unhelpful, reservation made through insurance and called enterprise to confirm. When I showed up to pick up rental I was told no pick up time was listed and they were about a week out. I’ve already scheduled drop off with the body shop. Very inconvenient!
