Only getting a 1star because there is no option for zero. We had an insurance claim and needed a rental. I called to reserve a car the day before. When we went to pick up the car they gave us a pickup even though the insurance was for a sedan. They didn't have one at the time. Nothing was mentioned about an out of pocket fee. We had a hard time parking the bigger vehicle so we went back later and asked to swap it out if they had a smaller one in stock and they did. Now they charged us for the difference on the bigger vehicle vs the sedan trying to say we knew about the extra cost and that's not true we would not have taken it we would have gone somewhere else. They will not work with us because they put notes in the system that is not true.

When to return my rental (paid by insurance) they said insurance didn't pay until the last day so I had to pay for the las three days, I told them to let me call the insurance before they charge rhe amount to my card, they said ok, called insurance but when I hag out with insurance and told them insurance will cover the total the days they said we already collected the money from your account so now I have to wait for a reimbursement, let see how long they will take.. beside that good

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from this enterprise location and I am extremely impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, my experience was seamless and hassle-free. Jordan and Stephan were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. They made the rental process easy and straightforward, ensuring I understood all the terms and conditions. The car I rented was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained.

Tommy or whatever his name is, is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all! He asked which body shop I was using, I told him and he is says I have to use the enterprise closet to the body shop. I told the insurance company which body shop I was using and was then told by the insurance company to contact this exact location specifically since it is closer to my house. I even have the paperwork with this location listed on it. Talk about convenience and inconvenience.

They probably won’t have a rental you need and the shuttle service is no good. Shuttle service does not exist. Short staff and can’t deliver any customer service.

I called about 6 times a day for about 4 days and never once did they pick up. I had confirmed I had their correct number. Didn’t have wide availability

I didn’t want this location. Enterprise changed it in their system. Gentlemen was rude and offered me only something out of my price range. I said no I would check else where. After talking to my husband he called back and was told they didn’t have anything and I hung up on him. Lies is all I got.

Recent bodywork for my vehicle with Service King. The shop has an Enterprise connected and selected them for the ease of drop off and availability to have a rental now.The rental had only one team member working, and she was busy with othwr customers. However I greatly appreciated being acknowledged. Once she had opportunity while still in the midst of assisting a customer. The rep greeted me and shared she be with me in a moment.I had about a 10-15 minutes of wait time, before she could begin my rental agreement. It was very hot this day (105°) so before walking out to reviewe the vehicle, she informed me of what is considered as damages. As well as confirming current marks were documented. If I noticed anything additional callout and it will be added.She was very helpful, pleasant and excellent service.

Was just about to go with these people and rent a van from them however when I called and was connected with Haley she asked me one question put me on hold and hung up. Called back again happened to get Haley again which this time she was much more rude about my situation. It’s honestly because of that situation that they lost my business
