What a difference a few years make! The entire branch is remodeled & connected to ERAC car sales. My prior experience with this branch office was when it was inside of the car dealership next door. Fast & prompt service at this location. Innovative with the use of technology and with a professional staff that is incredibly friendly & genuinely care about the customer, I can't say enough good things other than why all Enterprise branches aren't like this one. Move over, Keller branch- you've got company when it comes to exceptional customer service from the staff (thank you, Jade) and a good selection of cars. This experience with this branch office has totally redeemed itself from my prior experience.

I got denied a rental yesterday because i don't want to use my credit. I want to spend some cash on my credit card so i can visit my son.Below is the company policy. Nothing change. Tell me what i did wrong?"Debit/Check CardsDebit/check cards are any non-credit cards bearing the VISA®, Mastercard® or Discover® logo. Prepaid cards or any other non-credit cards without one of these logos are not accepted.At airport locations, debit cards are only accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return travel itinerary. The name and address shown on the renter’s driver’s license must match their current home address. Active-duty military personnel are exempt from address requirements. Other than the Renter’s spouse or domestic partner, no other additional drivers are allowed. If using a debit card for any amounts owed, the available funds in the account associated with Renter’s debit card will be reduced by those amounts. Additionally, Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

I rented week of 11/13 , these guys are good. Very good customer service. Car was new and nice. I enjoyed the experience and will rent from here going forward.

Not a good experience at all. I show up to return a vehicle and they tell me they can’t give me a ride home so now I have to walk 6 miles home or find a ride elsewhere. Didn’t even put any thought into his answer. Just immediately told me he couldn’t give me a ride. Horrible customer service.

Need a car to rent come to Enterprise. They've always been awesome here. Treated me nice and always helpful. The service was fast and friendly. I was in the market for a new car but needed something to get around in the meantime. They had a car for me the next following day. Cleaned and ready to go. Justin helped me out. We talked about cars. And he recommended to buy from Enterprise. I know they sell good cars because my previous car came from an Enterprise and still runs great.I rented a car Tuesday and purchased a car from Enterprise Saturday. Awesome week thank you Justin for recommending Enterprise. And thank you for your great customer service. I'll definitely be back. God Bless!The vehicle they had for me was a Chrysler Pacifico. I never would of thought I would be driving a mini van but that van was super nice.

NO WAY IT'S SANITIZED 30 min late for pickup and the car still had a musty, sweaty locker room smell on the seats to make me want to vomit. It got stuck on my work clothes after pickup and others could smell it on me. Embarrassing! I sprayed Lysol and tried airing the car out the rest of the day. Someone else checked and said they smelled a bad scent in the car. I don't even want to get in it or put my baby's car seat before it lingers all over him too. Inside needs the seats deodorized and wiped for dust.

DISHONEST! They had a contract from Allstate specifically mentioning to rent out an intermediate sized sedan to me on account of a not-at-fault accident, but the slick manager at the counter doled out an SUV that was for a much higher daily rate to me, and even had the audacity to lie and say" Oh yeah, it is covered" when I asked him if insurance will pay for it. Long story short, when I returned the vehicle, I was charged $81.66 for no fault of mine, just because they had duped me into renting out a bigger car than insurance was supposed to pay me for. And they NEVER pick up their phone when called!

Would be super cool if they figured out how ro answer a phone. Called on September 5th I waited 15 minutes zero answer. Calling now, has been 20 minutes no answer. Oh, and they randomly charge extra insurance back onto your account after removing it in January. Sooo, pretty terrible customer service. Guess I have to go in office to get my money back. 22 minutes of holding now...

So far not so good . Dropped my car off at Auto Nation at little just before 4 . Was told Enterprise down the road would be around to pick me up . 41 minutes later no one has shown up . I'm scheduled to pick up rental at 5 and they close at 5:30 . I call and on hold for 9 minutes. While being on hold for about 6 minutes I decide to start walking and it's 102 degrees out side . Not nice . Finally decide to hang up . Once I get to enterprise. I tell the gentleman that helped me that I waited on a ride that never came . He apologized but I really didn't get an explication of what happened. Someone dropped the ball . Not to mention the car smells like a dog has been living in it and the front window is dirty on the inside .

I rented a car from Enterprise while my car was in the shop. The process was easy. Someone picked me up from my home and took me to their office. The gentleman that picked me up was friendly and kind. Once at the office, I was greeted by friendly staff and another gentleman helped me set up my rental quickly. He offered me a few vehicles, but directed me to the one that was nicer and more luxurious. The rental vehicle was great. I didn't have any issues with it. When I needed to return it, I was able to leave it at the body shop where my car was being repaired. While at the body shop, I ran into the gentleman that helped me at their office. He still remembered me and checked in with me about the rental. He was friendly and professional. A couple of days later I got a call and my rental agreement was closed with no issues. Everyone I had an interaction with was courteous and professional.

This enterprise is very unorganized. We switched our vehicle to one that was the same size as ours. The second vehicle was not clean. But I drove it anyways and cleaned the interior myself. After returning the vehicle a month ago, we are still waiting on a detailed invoice of our transaction. They don't answer their phones and if they do they put you on hold for a long time. We received an email from the manager asking how our experience was, which we replied our need of an invoice. We still haven't received one or a response to that email. So I guess I'll have to walk in there and demand one in person! This is very unprofessional and I'll rent with someone else in the future.

The staff are pretty friendly, but nearly impossible to get ahold of. Every time I’ve had to call them, I’ve spent over 15 minutes waiting on hold. Progressive insurance sent me here while my car was getting repairs, and they had me wait almost a week for an available car. Overall, despite being friendly in person, their lack of responsiveness and available vehicles makes them a 2 star location.
