This was the AAEFES store with the Class Six (liquor) on the Naval Air station Joint Reserve base in Ft. Worth. They have a good selection of everything, especially alcohol & gardening stuff. The prices are somewhat competitive but the real advantage is the fact that we dont have to pay local sales taxes. A little benefit for our soldiers & veterans, at least...

It's an average commissary, but the employees are awesome, especially the guy who monitors self checkout.

Small commissary for DFW area and a pretty big base. Not much selection. Produce department sucks. Prices pretty much on par with other commissaries which is always good. They need to build a new one that is much larger and more modern.

Drove from Richardson (1 hour 8 min) to get to this very clean, but not well stocked commissary. The produce section was lacking product, and what was there was old, tired and bruised. The fresh meat section was about 1/3 full. If you're going for the basics, you'll be fine. Needless to say, overall I was disappointed. The positives were the people who work there.
