The staff here, especially the manager is so amazing. She always is very helpful & the place is always lit up and very clean. Never had a problem here. I highly recommend this storage facility.! Great temperature year-round as well ??

We used Extra Space for my daughter’s college belongings over summer. We lost the key and also needed some additional help and they were so great. Roberta solved our issue quickly and smoothly! I highly recommend.

Predatory pricing. Signed up for an intro rate a year ago. They’ve been increasing the price every 3 months. We are now paying 160% more than our initial price.
Also the app is buggy and difficult to access the doors and elevator. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Love our unit. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. We have a 10x30 unit, it was super clean, easy to get to, and offered us the additional space we needed. We are so happy we are there!

So far, so good!! Much closer than my current unit, MUCHO less expensive, the managers were very nice, and check-in efficient. PLUS, the unit is climate controlled with dollies and elevators and easy access. Close to TCU, feel like this place should be full all the time. So glad I switched from Public Storage!!
UPDATE: We recently moved out of our units. Wish we didn't have to but two things have resulted in the decision.
1) Now that we've been there several years? It's always very clean, the staff is very helpful, courteous, and professional (Roberta is great!!) But the corporation has continually increased the rent on our units so high, we can no longer afford the units. We'd like to stay, but compared to when we initially rented? No longer feasible for us.
2) The storage company claims to be climate controlled. And I'm sure they have problems with energy costs as we all do now in this economy. But they are charging a lot in rent AND there is NOTHING climate controlled about the facility. It was so hot in the buildings when we moved out we could barely breathe. And it's not even the hottest days of the summer yet!! If you have precious articles that can not be stored in extreme heat? Do not rent from this place. Maybe the corporation will take the hint. But we were storing antique furniture in our unit and it was so hot, pieces and trim popped off our items. Not ethical to advertise something the units are not.

The facility is always clean and secure, but Roberta is the reason to rent here. She’s always helpful with questions and concerns about rate increases.
