I received a notice in the mail that my monthly storage unit payment was increasing by almost $40 per month. I called Extra Space Storage stating a $40 increase per month was insane. I am a long term customer and have established auto payments, so no late payments. Extra Space Storage, specifically Shelby was professional and understanding. We discussed options and I am pleased with the outcome. I continue to pay my regular payments (no increase) and prepaid this amount for the next 6 months. If you get a letter about increases, make sure you call the company and ask for options. They will work with you.

Shilo was awesome! Super helpful, explained everything really clearly, and made renting a unit super easy. She was friendly and professional the whole time. Definitely recommend this location just for the great customer service!

Everything went very smoothly from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I did rent a unit. Everyone in the office was very friendly and answered all my questions.
