Golly! I have to move units, and thought I had to move from the storage facility. Sooooo, I got a new unit somewhere else. Only to discover I just needed to move units! I stopped by today and spoke with PAM, who was amazing! She got a new unit, which means I just move my stuff down the hallway! I’m so happy that I don’t have to move to another location! PAM took care of that other location for me too! She was awesome! Happy customer here!

I understand that they aren't going to compete with others anymore. But, my rent went up 300% in about 4 years. I was able to rent a space 3 miles away for 1/3 of what they were charging me.
