Good cashier, but Montego cigarettes have went up quite a bit, and Family Dollar still charged me regular price after a sign says save a dollar on 3 packs.

The cashier was talking on her cell phone the whole time checking out customers. Not even acknowledging people as they walked in or out. I know all of her personal business from just standing in line. Took forever to check ONE customer out. I ended up putting my items down & leaving.

Y'all don't stop at this Family Dollar store. The entrance door glass is broken. One side stays locked. Now there is literally shelves and displays forcing everyone to enter and exit the store in front of the registers. It's overcrowded with products half stocked taking up aisle space. Cashiers having personal conversations on their phones while customers wait to be checked out. How can their management team accept these standards?

Store signs says they close at 10pm, but the lady walks over and locked the door at 9:40. SMH horrible customer service 6/4/23.

I love my Dollar General. But my store has too many baskets blocking aisles. Used to be able to walk in and now the front entrances blocked it's a narrow passage to get in and check out.

Family dollar stores use to be a clean and friendly environment. Some stores are and some are not. Family dollar prices higher than Walmart and Target. I have return to both Walmart and Target since they have better prices, clean and friendly environment. Employees at Target are more friendlier and provides exceptional customer service all the time.

The store is near me and they have everything I need. Just one complaint. It's that annoying mechanical welcome greeting when you walk in and out of the door.
