One employee can ruin their good reputation at this location. Hint-she had long hair and a tattoo on her forearm. I say hi and thank you after she scanned my return package. She couldn't manage a response or eye contact. She clearly hates her job.

I mailed a package from this location on Friday and found Brendon from the staff to be absolutely reckless. I wrote down the international address and he made 5 mistakes, I kept correcting him and he kept rushing me. He didn’t even take the phone number for the international address. He was so unbothered by his mistakes and went to assist different customer, came back and told me I am all done without even giving me the tracking id. Lo and behold! Package is now missing internationally. I spent weeks preparing those documents and his 5 mins recklessness made them disappear. People like him don’t deserve to be working at places like this, handling important stuff. Now I am reporting missing package, hope someone finds it but what I can I do about people like him?

Everyone is always so helpful, and I have to shout out Chris who was working Saturday, he was so kind and welcoming and I was so thankful to have interacted with him on a very busy morning for me.

I just want to thank Brendan, who is an associate at this location. Brendan works incredibly hard and has fantastic customer service. I come to this location specifically because of how helpful he always is. Definitely give him a raise cause he deserves a big one!!

I come to this store often for my printing and shipping needs related to my company. Came in this evening right around closing time (I didn’t know) and Brendan was so helpful and so kind despite that. Although they didn’t have what I needed, he called 2 stores to help me. Thank you so much!

THEY PUT SOMEONE ELSE'S LABEL ON MY BOX and my return order was sent to a strange location. I'm over $100 in the hole with no recourse. They made me email them a copy of my prepaid label instead of just scanning it like every other carrier can do. I waited 10 minutes for them to get it only for them to put someone else's label on my box. I Found out when I tried to track it later.

I needed to fax some paperwork it was five minutes to close. I was told to leave and come back tomorrow because the fax would take too long. I am back in the store today and the staff is rude. Downtown FORT WORTH Tx. ON HOUSTON STREET.

Cutting machine in the front for customers is broken. The lady who works there “fixed it” and after I used it one time, it broke again. Then proceeded to charge me for their professional cutting in the back. I brought it up but they just said I tried to cut too many papers at once and their machine was broken.I only was trying to cut 5 at a time.Poor customer service.
