This place is horrible and the manager is the most horrible of it all. I came to the reviews wondering if it was just me but I see review after review of customers unsatisfied by the service or non service received at this place. Go ANYWHERE other than this place for your needs because they don't care about you.

I need help instead of helping me he helped people who came after me
Totally dishing me
Like I wasn’t even there
Like I was invisible
That’s why I am giving them 1 star
They r right by my home I am going to drive to a farther one
They lost my business
I would not recommend them
The staff were great but the manager sucked

I am literally standing here writing this review ant this fedex location, apparently Dee or Brenda (manager) doesn’t seem to care about their fed ex customers. Stood at the counter for 17 minutes folks and watched all 4 staff members ignore me, lol
Unbelievable! Only one in the fed ex store too! Dee & Brenda tried to charge me $110 to mail a graduation card 6hrs to Tulsa OK for a “maybe” Monday delivery, what a joke! I guess Antonio is the supervisor at this location and refused to come out and speak to me, the rudest customer service I’ve had to deal with in years folks!! Do not support this location, it’s abundantly obvious they do not care at all folks, go to USPS & save your money and the time, need to shut down this location, ripping off your community who puts you in business is not the logical choice, terrible businesses practices!

Dee is rude and lazy. I come in twice a month to ship government documents and I have to get a receipt and watch the employee take the box to the back due to the contents being sensitive. I cannot just leave it on the counter and walk off. She refused to take it to the back while I was there and instead started helping another customer. I had to get another employee to take it to the back. This is unacceptable!

Terrible customer service!!! TERRIBLE!!!
I used to come here all the time, they were great, now they do not know how to help at all! On a simple print job it will be $2 for every answer! They changed my price 5x, it was 6 pages?!?

Excuses after excuses at this place (have to ask for a bid, cutter broken). Mismanaged. I’m taking my thousand dollar orders elsewhere the first chance I get.

The FedEx on Camp Bowie (6000 block) is definitely above and beyond!! My go to for all of my projects. Christopher is amazing. Thank you for such a great business.

This location has the best parking!! Easy in and out! I had a couple of packages that required a quick QR scan to send back. I was able to self scan one package, the machine asked if I’d like a receipt? I clicked “Yes” but didn’t get the receipt. The 2nd package wouldn’t scan , so I went up to the desk and the nicest guy helped me. He had longer brown hair, and a kind smile wearing glasses. I told him about my package that didn’t come with receipt, and he self initiated and went over to the box and retrieved my package and created a receipt along with quick scan of my 2nd package.
This! This I why I choose FedEx everywhere, every time. The people are just awesome! I found out it’s pronounced like “Boo-wie” not “Bow-ee” like the infamous Rock Star that my provider didn’t seem too interested/familiar/not their thing. Still a great experience from a kind spirited individual.

Came in on 9/12 around 530p to get some documents completed. Eric told me it would be done the next day. I told him I would be there at 8a to pick up when they opened.
He agreed that it would be done
Literally sitting in the car 9/13 @ 8:46a from going inside.
The other young man said it wasn’t in his system nor was it even completed.
I told them to cancel the order.
All I asked for was printed documents, it could have never been that hard !

Doesn’t care about others time.
Hopefully this doesn’t happen again or I will be calling corporate.

I came in on a Sunday in a rush. Chris and Eric were AMAZING very nice and diligent!! I will literally go out of my way to visit this location again! They both deserve raises!!!!!!
