HENRY was ok at first, then another fedex employee asked for a bathroom key(I think), then Henry left me at the counter, didn't say why nor tell me to wait for a sec., when he came back, he did say it was a busy time and said sorry... we then continued with shipping , he asked if I wanted a signature for the recipient for the package I'm shipping, he never told me there was almost a $10 charge on top of the shipping, that's why i said yes, let'sdo a signature...when i saw the charge, I said i didnt know it was almost $10 extra just for the signature, so I asked if we can take it of back to "no signature", he looked like he wasn't too happy even after I apologize for not knowing there was an extra charge, he continued to give me a cold service, he also typed the wrong recipient's name and I have to correct him. Service has gone downhill in this location, it was just not the same when RAFAEL & IVY were at this location, it's sad that the two people who actually know what "service" means are not in this fedex location anymore...Henry does not know what "service" means..it wasn't even that busy when I came to ship my packages...little things count, he doesn't even have the basics of a service person, not even a single smile, felt like he didn't have any patience to deal with customers.

Had to send something off.In and out in 2 minutes.Didn’t catch the ladies name that helped me but she was polite and professional. Thanks for helping me.

The assistant manager Henry is very rude. He should just go into the back office and do paperwork because he doesn’t have the customer service to talk to people. I’ve only gone to this location a few times and the times I’ve had to interact with him have been bad. Also it always takes forever to get something done here. If you’re going to be bad at customer service at least move fast. Definitely won’t go back to this location

The lady was very helpful. She walked me to the copier showed me how to print, and than helped me with colored copies. I recommend this FedEx

This place is a ripoff charging twice as much for jobs as necessary. Makes no business sense to treat customers this way sacrificing long term business for short term profit.

Customer service representative were rude over the phone and couldn’t answer ANY questions. I only got transferred to the customer representative line who were also no help whatsoever on a delivery which they claimed was ‘incorrect address’ but it was all correct. I had to order my items again since they destroyed my first package after calling to schedule a pickup. You guys are absolutely no help whatsoever.

This isn’t the first time fedex had “lost” a package. We bought PlayStation 5 and the driver said it was delivered and it wasn’t. Mind you have to sign for the package, it signed as my first name but it was spelled completely wrong.I never signed for it which is the scary. Sad this was suppose to be our sons Christmas gift and worked so hard for it and now it’s gone. This will probably be the last time we will ever order something through fedex.

The manager Matthew was attentive. Noticed I had a box in my hand and asked if it was ready to go? Once I said yes, he grabbed it, taped my label and asked if I needed a receipt. You're probably wondering why this is a big deal... well customer service was in the front of his mind AND he was wrapping up the vacuum which indicated to me that he's not above doing duties either. Matthew could've easily made me wait behind the person behind help but he stopped what he was doing to get me taken care of. Clean store. Great location if you ask me. Sanitizing station also full.

Full service shipping depot. Shipping materials and other services are available. Copying, scanning, fax services to name a few. Every time I have visited, the staff has always been very helpful and friendly, and I have visited many times. I'm fortunate that I live close by. Recommended.

Horrible customer care empaty il been having issues with my mail for months asking them review and fix my address always says nothing they can do . Lost or return my package and they cant find my address or personally i catch the couries leaving my mail in other buildings.
