Awful ship center. Admin and dispatch needs to be evaluated by corporate. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered from fedex. Multiple wrong deliveries, no corrective measures, lackluster customer support and no accountability.

I’ve had some really bad experiences with this ship center’s drivers consistently delivering to the wrong address. Every time I call to correct the issue and yet without fail whenever I have something shipped with FedEx, I end up having the same experience.

I had a great experience at this FedEx location. The associate was exceptionally helpful—he took my unwrapped package, carefully wrapped it for me, provided a receipt, and assured me it would be shipped promptly. What really stood out was his friendliness and professionalism. It was the first time I’ve had a genuinely pleasant and conversational interaction while shipping something at FedEx. Excellent customer service and a refreshing experience overall.

$75 for next day delivery for a 1/4 lb envelope? Plus they won't print out shopping labels that have already been made? I know it's a warehouse, where all FedEx packages are brought before they get shipped out to their destinations, but this is ridiculous! Do better FedEx!!

Absolutely horrible from top to bottom. Driver never knocked or rang doorbell for a package that needed signed for. You know ring doorbells don't lie! Called FedEx and explained situation. Manager called me and promised to deliver it again that evening, never arrived. During conversation with manager I told them if they could not make it to redeliver next day after 4pm. Manager understood and said they would be at my address that evening. Next day, came at 10am knowing I would not be there. Called again, said I could pick up package I needed 36 hours ago that I could pick it up at 6pm. I would literally have to dive an hour through rush hour traffic to get it, both ways. It is not feasible due to my schedule. FedEx app says will redeliver on Monday after 5 days on a two day shipment. Told them they can have the package. Again Monday would be the same problem as the rest of the days. Just horrible service top to bottom.

The drivers and service are horrible. They lie about trying to deliver packages and say I was not there but I am. There are even instructions on ringing the door bell. This time they went to the wrong apartment complex. Your drivers really are bad.

I was only In there for a minute but the guy seemed pretty nice.They don't make copies,fax,scan or anything.This is just a shipment center where you mail things.
