Worth it if you get a good subcontractor. Most good subcontractors are never hiring.. keep in mind when applying.. If they’re desperate; it’s because no one wants to stay. Very solid job otherwise. At the very least it’ll teach you to stand up for yourself lol

I THINK my son has a job. Went to orientation, got the paperwork and was told to come back for his first shift, but we don't know what time because the app won't load on our phones. No one will answer our calls or return our calls when we call IT, HR or any other department. There is no support here. How are we supposed to get a work schedule if no one will call us back. Is this normal for FEDEX?

Their HR team females is horrible, liaand not honest give wrong information on purpose where you miss out on orientation because they gave you a different time on the phone from the letter they sent out & have did this to other people too besides me and do stuff to the system where when try to reapplied you can’t and they tell their supervisor when a candidate or employee would like to talk to him they need to change the two females that does the orientation to one that is professionals and help with any concern about orientation

Broken on delivery, didnt pick up when stated, didnt deliver replacement, next day the delivery was miraculously missing, picture posted was not delivered on my porch and they tried to blame a porch Pirate.I tried to dispute after nearly a week of going through this process and was hung up on buy an employee very unprofessional. Had an additional return package that was there when they supposedly dropped off the second package that mysteriously was stolen, and those two items never made it back to the sender.

Contractor truck drivers sit up late,a lot of us, waiting on loads that either don't exist,or they are running out of business options and freight. It's time for drivers get away from these sitting companies and go somewhere with constant on time loads where you get out on the road at a good time and still make money for the company and yourself.

For 3 years FedEx Ground from this dispatch center has delivered my packages to the wrong address in the wrong neighborhood, The coordinator changes my address & customer service sucks. Their management is useless and nothing has been resolved.

Horribly ran facility! Horrible local drivers. Just a horrible company all around. The drivers for some reason lie about making delivery attempts often. It has happened to me multiple times and to other customers. Apparently it is a common occurrence but there is no way to report it so it will keep happening until businesses stop using their services! ?

When it came for a delivery. One driver said that we were not home, so he did not have to get his shoes wet. But my second part of the delivery that was a different driver had no problem delivering my order.
