I'm extremely dissatisfied with this location. The delivery team consistently delivers my packages to the wrong address, and there's no way to reach them for a solution. Despite registering for a FedEx management account and providing explicit delivery instructions, they still can't get my address right. One star is too generous for this service.

First time line heul is the shipping office mo live loads here unless the president need parts for Air Force one ☝️ everybody come to work at night to unload and load drop and hook is 24 hours a day

FedEx is the absolute worst. I had a package that was supposed to show up on a Wednesday. It ran slightly early and that ETA changed to Monday. Monday comes around and no packages have shown up, package is shown to be sitting at this location. I call and am told that since the original delivery date was Wednesday they were going to hold my package until then. They will not release it for an early delivery or even a pickup. This location is 15 minutes from where I live.

Got here after 2000 hours, no security and gates were open! Easy access drop off loaded trailer in the yard straight ahead, pick up empty in lot to the right, then drop off paperwork in receiving office by the fuel pumps. Have restroom inside, Staff helpful. Very laid back facility!

False advertisement when it comes to working here, they say $17/hrs, but honestly, it's minimum wage bring home $300 or usually less. Discriminated by the other workers and do 3X amount of work by yourself. Working as package handler too much work for very little pay, not at all worth it, might as well be a slave. The only good thing here is some of the managers are cool and chill not all but some, and the other is you receive points from hub managers when you do a great job to recieve and order items for free. Mark, Stephanie, TC, MJ, Alex, yall are the best ones there.

This is not a good place to work. They do not communicate with you at all. I was terminated but was unaware that I was terminated because my supervisor told me to come in last week on thruday. Thrusday was also the day they sent the paper work off according to Brandon one of the other supervisor. That thrusday night Larry from the control room went in and manual submitted my time. So I know for fact its in the system . THE supervisor informed me on Monday that I was no longer working there. I still have not got paid for thre work I did last week and nobody has contacted me. I will be taking legal action if nobody contacts me by Monday. Always I have called serval tines and nobody has anser not even HR.***Updated still have not contacted me. I received paper check in mail though***

The employees talk really bad about other workers even in front of managers and nothing gets done about it. They discourage you from seeking medical attention saying " well of course you're gonna be sore, there's no need to make it a big deal". You don't receive full hours.. Ever.

Yet another location with poor management and customer skills. I don’t know who’s in charge of training linehaul but I would look into the quality of the employees and training they are administering at this establishment. You have ten people walking out of linehaul office with backpacks and yet not one has the decency of picking up or throwing away their trash properly on their way in and on their way out. Akela was rude yelling across the office, while Simone disrespectful telling contract drivers not to call back on status to their trailers. They don’t have a window in linehaul open because they lack social and common courtesy skills. This location has got to be the worst in customer service.

FedEx was once a reliable package delivery service. But now, they will always leave my packages on the side of my driveway. If it's raining, they will still leave it there in a flimsy, unsealed bag.I created a profile with FedEx requesting packages at my address be left on my porch.My delivery instructions on my orders request packages be left on the porch.What is the point of delivery instructions if the driver refuses to follow the instructions?I've gone to pick up one of my packages and water was soaking through the bottom of the box. FedEx customer service never responded when I informed them that this happened.Customer service is not a FedEx priority.
