All the 1-star reviews seem to be accurate. The guy working around 3ish on 8/2 was rude and weird acting to every single person there. He even took my phone and proceeded to email the shipping label to the store. Not once did I give him permission to take my phone from me and use it. I am perfectly capable of emailing something, I did not need him to touch my phone.

Went in to this location to ship some work equipment. Jon and Brandon were the BEST! They helped me in a very professional manner and Jon even helped me pack my boxes so that they were secure enough to ship and wouldn't get damaged. Thank you both!!

Lady name Shaila was VERY RUDE. GOT MAD AT ME. Would not talk properly. She was not helpful at all. Worst experience at Fedex. Will not be coming back here. Expected better service from Fedex.

Absolutely absurd!!! I ordered $168 worth of copies. They said it would be ready next day. A few hours later they called and said it was ready.. I went to pick it up and they said since it was ready I had to pay an extra same day fee!!! It was well over $50 more. I declined and said I’ll be back tomorrow but I’ll never be back to this location after that. Either corporate policy is flawed or their employees are misinformed or on ego trips

Sabrina needs a job that does not interact with customers. Hopefully management will move her into an area that better fits her disposition. Rude and has no clue how important customer service is for FedEx

Shaila in this location was very rude and unprofessional to us. Am thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I went to print a document and take 2 passport pictures for my mephew. She said it was the second time she was seeing us at this location and had no time to assist us even though I never asked her for help with the printing. What I needed her help with was 2 passport pictures. Management needs to look at the video interactions for 6/11 at around 5:30 pm. Very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate office to report as this is no way to treat a customer. We went and got great customer service at the location off Riverside drive.

I was having trouble printing my wedding invitations and went to fedex to see if this was a faster and more affordable option and it definitely was. Both Sabrina and Shaila were extremely helpful during my first visit when I went in to see what could be done and to get a quote. The second time I visited, Sabrina helped me print samples so I could take home to show my fiancé. A few days later I emailed Sabrina the copies and the next day she had it ready for me and they turned out so great! I’m so happy with my order and can’t wait to put it all together this weekend. Also I want to thank Jason for assisting with the order as well. Overall, such a positive experience and I’ll definitely be back for any printing needs. Thank you again, especially Sabrina! You really helped this bride a ton!

So staff is super friendly but when it comes to shipping. GO TO ANOTHER FEDEX I Goto the one in Walmart Saginaw and it’s ships same day. Here i have it to them about September 1 it’s the 6th and still in Fort Worth. Just if shipping out go somewhere else the people are alright as well whatever to get you out. I told the lady it was fragile and she kinda just waved me off. All in all ID GO ELSEWHERE FOR SURE
