I showed up at this location 4 minutes to close there was a heavy set white lady who I didn't catch her name she asked me what I wanted and I told her what I needed and she told me that she couldn't help me for me to go to another store I told her that I needed to send these books to my daughter in college that she needed them by by Monday and then when she was telling me that she couldn't help me another employee named Jason told me that he would help me get it done I highly recommend Jason if anybody really needs something done as the other person I can't really speak I didn't catch your name but Jason was a good employee when I was way stayed a couple minutes late to help me get what I need and he deserves high praise thank you Jason

I just went into this location on Hulen and nd a wonderful lady named Tonya (hopefully correct spelling) and she was so awesome to help me considering my last experience at a location on Camp Bowie was horrific. She explained all she needed to do was scan my package and give me a receipt. It was Medical Lab Work going to Illinois. And at the last location the young man was so rude and guided me to some machine in another part of the store. I ended up paying for something cause it wanted my card even though I wasn't supposed to pay anything. The employee was so unhelpful and rude. This lady here Tonya has made my day and I will only be coming to this location. She was so helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you Tonya 🥰

Never trust expected delivery date! Never reliable. Every time I see that a seller is shipping my order with FedEx I'm disappointed.

Anthony is a boss! He Helped me mail my present to the most important person in my life besides my parents. Fed ex does great! He had great customer service and was careful with my valuable present that needed to be mailed. It should arrive by Tuesday evening and make my friend sooooo happy!!!! Thank you FedEx for being open on Saturday and having people like Anthony behind the counter! He is valuable for you guys!! I’ll be back!

Not happy with what happened today! I had go take a package for a return…. The young man was nonchalant about everything. When he was taping the package and didn’t make sure it was secure.. I had to ask him to tape it more. I will not be back!!!
