Been coming here since I moved to this area in 2016. I've never felt inclined to write a review for this place because it's always met my needs and nothing more. Never had any issues. So there's 3 stars for anyone just looking for a FedEx facility.
Now let's get into why 3 stars. Recently there has been one particular worker (female working the desk between 2pm to 3pm on May 31, 2024), and she is entirely my motivation for writing this. Over the last few visits to ship off items, she has given me nothing but terrible customer service during my time here. Either it's weird looks for the items I bring in (literally shoe boxes because I'm a reseller) or just abrupt responses with little to no eye contact. Not even a hello or you're welcome whatsoever.
Now look, I get it. Some people have bad days or get busy hours and don't have the time. I've been in customer service for 15 years and have trained people in the industry so I understand the job. But when I experience this worker treating others perfectly fine with a smile and support, then it's my turn in line and the smile disappears, I can't help but assume it's me in some way. Whether it's my looks or vibe or whatever, every time I've dealt with this person, she has been nothing but stern and abrasive with me. But hey, shout out to the other worker there, he was super helpful and even tapes up my boxes for me and talks me through all the shipping options before I send anything out. So props to him.
Long story short, if you don't care about customer service, this place does the job. But as someone that understands what it means to help people and make them feel heard and supported, she checks zero boxes.

I first went to another FedEx office to print a large poster. But they told me go somewhere else because there printers were out of order. There were three of them and they looked so busy and kind of irritated. So I came here. The lady who works here was very helpful and friendly. She was working alone so I’m sure she was busy. But she took the time to help me with my order quickly and politely. Thank you! I will use this store from now on to print posters.

Lee really helped me out today. I came in with a last minute request to help print funeral programs. Lee helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do. I was going to print and fold these programs myself. Not only did Lee print these items for me, she also used the folding machine to make things so much easier. This was an incredibly kind thing to do and really helped take some things off my mind during a difficult time. She showed care, concern and amazing customer service. I really appreciate her going above and beyond.

The ladies went above and beyond service for me. The line was long but Lee remained calm and assisted with a package that I needed to place an item in that I left out before shipment went out. I was in the store earlier that morning and Jana assisted me with a smile and great customer service. The ladies had to go through several boxes to find my small little box and they never once complained or got an attitude. I will continue to come to this FedEx store.

Did a print job for work. File I sent was messed up. Office called me had me email them the original file and they were able to fix my mistake. Super helpful
