Lee really helped me out today. I came in with a last minute request to help print funeral programs. Lee helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do. I was going to print and fold these programs myself. Not only did Lee print these items for me, she also used the folding machine to make things so much easier. This was an incredibly kind thing to do and really helped take some things off my mind during a difficult time. She showed care, concern and amazing customer service. I really appreciate her going above and beyond.

The ladies went above and beyond service for me. The line was long but Lee remained calm and assisted with a package that I needed to place an item in that I left out before shipment went out. I was in the store earlier that morning and Jana assisted me with a smile and great customer service. The ladies had to go through several boxes to find my small little box and they never once complained or got an attitude. I will continue to come to this FedEx store.

Did a print job for work. File I sent was messed up. Office called me had me email them the original file and they were able to fix my mistake. Super helpful

Guy up front wasn't any help. Told me I needed a box but wouldn't direct me towards them. Once we picked up a box he told us we'd be paying extra for shipping although we came in with a prepaid shipping label.

The FedEx rep at this location was STELLAR! I had a print job, and there was an error on the large printer.Even though it was a long chore, he was patient and understanding of the tech issues .The prints turned out to be really nice!Definitely a repeat-visiter here!

I called after another printer flaked on the product and Ashley was able to help at the last minute with an amazing attitude and excellent communication. AMAZING SERVICE!

I came in here to try and ship something on eBay. There was NOBODY in line but Ashley told me to wait because she thought it would be better to finish organizing someone's stuff which took her nearly 30 minutes. She had a poor attitude with the customer that was behind me too but it's not all her fault they should definitely have more than 1 employee working. I'll be going to UPS from now on ?

We had a very important package that absolutely needed to get there the next day. The store manager Matt informed my husband that Express had not yet picked up for the day. He quoted the price for next day for end of business and for before 1030. At no point in the conversation did he say they could not guarantee either of those times because of inclement weather. Paid 39.06 for the package to arrive by 1030 the next day February 24th. The package was delayed multiple times and was just delivered today February 28th at 1226, 5 days late! We will never use your services again!

Sadly, the manager at this FedEx Office cannot handle a little bit of pressure. I'm an online seller, so I use FedEx shipping often. My packages are packaged with a pre-paid label, ready to go. So today, I'm in line behind a lady who requires her items to be packaged by the manager into multiple boxes. They are very slow with her, so I ask if this is going to take forever. The manager very rudely tells me "it's going to take as long as it takes." Is this how you treat your frequent customers? FedEx should be like the airlines, where they give the red carpet treatment to frequent flyers. We online sellers are the frequent flyers of FedEx, and we are treated like garbage by management. Why not have a special line for pre-paid packages with a label? I can't believe I'm saying this, but the post office can have better customer service than this particular FedEx.

Usually I don’t post reviews, but this time that’s not the case. I went in this morning to ship an item, I’ve never had problems before this is my regular Fed Ex I always go too, but an older lady who was working the counter was sweet at first and then decided after I asked her nicely to try and charge me 8.99$ for a simple once over on bubble wrap. I paid 30$ for a shipping label, you would think that would cover the cost. I’ve come in here many times and have never been charged before on a once over of bubble wrap. All I wanted to do was make sure my item was safe, and before you say well you should’ve done that, I did but I’m one of those people who worry so I just wanted to make sure. It’s ridiculous how much you pay for a shipping label only for them to try and gut you for more money.
