I went in to this FedEx Office Print & Ship location with little to no time to spare... trying to put together a last minute promotional campaign for my small business oevae.com
I had an opportunity to work with Tim, Who was able to promptly print out my copies perfectly just as I had requested and save me some time from having to use the self-serve machine... I believe I did not have sufficient funds on my Store Value Card, and Would need to pay for my order on my company debit card.
I finished paying for my products and left the store only to find Out There was one other thing I needed to Do I need it a tiny piece of phone Core maybe the size of a men's size 10 athletic shoe... So I promptly jumped out of my car ran back inside and asked Tim If you had any phone call board scraps I could salvage for this tiny project. He pulled a tiny piece out perfect for my project and I was out of there and on to the next step. Tim is certainly of tremendous value to the FedEx Office brand.
The store was very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this location, just minutes away from DFW International Airport

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEE NAME JAMES, AND ANOTHER BIG WHTE LADY WITH GLASSES ? DIDN'T GREET, DIDN'T THANK, DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE IN STORE, ILLITERATE TRASHY EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE.. SHAME ON FEDEX FOR HIRING THESE KIND OF EMPLOYEES, I ALSO RUN A BUSINESS .. I CAN FIND YOU GUYS BETTER REPLACEMENT ?

Honestly, it’s pretty sad came to this place to drop off my packages and they said that they had no room for my packages. I don’t understand how that makes any type of sense. You should be able to drop off your package at any FedEx location without any hesitation they wanted to see what size my packages and they rejected me from dropping them off. I’m pretty honestly upset. It’s quite ridiculous.

Tim was extremely helpful in making sure my wedding invitations were printed just right. They came out a little messed up in the first order I picked up, but he took the time and patience to reprint them and make sure they were exactly what I wanted. Thanks Tim!!

Went in to see if they could ship a small cart on my business account. Very rude and disrespectful staff.When they said they wouldn’t do it. I mentioned that we have brought in servers 4x the size of this small cart. They became even more disrespectful.

Every time they deliver my birth control they deliver to the wrong apartment and I work from home so I would know if it came. It never does. Then when I launch the investigation they investigate themselves to repeat that the package was delivered. They had a screenshot that doesn't even have the apartment number in it it's just the thing leaning on a random wall. And then they are like we don't care call someone else to do it. It's so unprofessional and ugly as if birth control can just be replaced. I dislike this place so heavily.
