Drop n Hook mission. Got here at 10:30 pm, dropped my trailer, left facility, came back at 1:00 am, not ready. Came back again at 5:00 am only to find out they loaded the wrong trailer. Asked if they could unload that trailer and load my trailer, (like they were supposed to), and for some reason that was an impossible task with a building full of workers. So FedEx basically threatened to cancel the load if we don’t take their trailer from Fort Worth Texas to Billings Montana.

Cant speak to anyone in America who knows anything, lost package and only people overseas answer the phone who I can't even understand.

FUN UPDATE:
The day after writing this review my husband and I received a FEDEX package (yay they learned to use maps!) one of the employees printed out an old tracking label and attached it to an opened bag of sand and had it delivered to us. This was verified by the area manager, he acknowledged the tracking label was reprinted in their warehouse 6am that morning. The label was for a 1.5 lb hardware set that we had already received and this new package was a 50lb bag of open sand. So add tampering with mail to the list of skills these folks excel in.

I sincerely wish I could give negative stars. Not only are these people too lazy to learn new addresses, DFW is growing so there will be many more new addresses to come, they expect you to drive to this location and pick up your package but have nobody available. They stuff you in a hot room with a phone to call someone. Half the time they don’t answer, the other half they hang up on you. Please keep in mind I was instructed to drive to this location and pick up my package because Friday the location marked my package as one that doesn’t exist (it does), and Saturday they marked my package as duplicate (it wasn’t). A manager personally called me and even was astonished why my package wasn’t taken out for delivery. He assured me it would be on a truck Sunday morning. Well it wasn’t. So I called customer service and they (Haley) directed me to head to the location and pick up my package.
This place needs a major upgrade when it comes to security, efficiency, and communication. Please immediately hire someone who has even half a brain to get this place whipped into shape. Consider reaching out to UPS, USPS, or perhaps even a pigeon carrier. Any of those options would be better than working with this FEDEX location.

Terrible Experience!!! I paid $181 for shipping to ensure a time-specific delivery to a business location during their open hours. Despite clearly scheduling delivery for the following day by 8:00 AM, FedEx attempted delivery a day early—to a closed business. I had communicated in advance that the business opens at 9:00 AM but that I would be there personally to receive the package at 8:00 AM.
I arrived at the business at 7:30 AM and waited until 8:30 AM with no delivery. I called FedEx and explained the situation. I was informed that the package had been rerouted to the postal center, and I was assured I could pick it up directly with no issues, as I had confirmation in hand.
However, when I arrived at 4901 Addison, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive service. She said delivery was attempted at 7:16am they did their job! No apology, no assistance—just rudeness. In particular, the red-haired woman at the front desk was abrupt, ignored my explanation, and attempted to assist the customer behind me instead of resolving my issue.
For the amount I paid and the clear communication provided, this experience was unacceptable.

Driver drove to complex took a picture of gate and left, did not check if office was open, did not attempt to put package in package dropoff room which is designed for deliveries, and did not call us to get code.
Customer service Nevers answers during business hours and tells you to call back if you call in the evening. No online assistance set up to leave a message.
Website is clunky and unhelpful.
Cannot file a claim or complaint if you don't have account set up, wants your credit card information to set up account.

They lost an important medical device that cost me 1200 dollars. They said it was delivered to Walgreens for me to pickup, and it was not there. Unacceptable.
