Customer service is a joke in a half. Obviously they don't know customer service skills. But the drivers are awesome and care about there job. The 2 stars are for customer service. I wish I can give 5 stars to the drivers. But 2 stars for customer service

Paid for a next day delivery by 12pm. The delivery had to travel a total of 218 miles.The delivery was falsely claimed to be attempted. Calling customer service; I explained I have multiple security cameras that showed no delivery attempt was ever made.Because FedEx delivered the paperwork late - I lost out on an important business deal. Overall, I should have driven to the collect the paperwork rather than expecting FedEx to do what they were paid to do.Absolutely disgusted with FedEx.

Worst shipping service provider. Its been 7 business days and yet I haven’t received any information about a case which was filed regarding my package. I would suggest to rename FedEx Transport Company to Useless Transport Company which suits the best.

My first package stated delivered but no where to be found, contacted the store I ordered product from and they shipped out a replacement and guess what 3 weeks later still no package, nobody knows where it's at, it's on a truck off the truck back on the truck, it seems they don't like to deliver large items. I would have given them a zero if I could

FedEx ground is awful when it comes to delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered to my front door or office. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have my desk. This is not the first time I have had a problem with my packages with FedEx ground the delivery driver doesn’t care and refuses to take responsibility for poor delivery services.

Worst shipping company ever! No customer service at all. Was supposed to receive a 2 package shipment yesterday. I received one of the packages today that was damaged and delivered to my neighbors house! And they can’t tell me when my other (most important) package will be delivered. The second package is 11 miles from my house, in which I offered to go pick it up. They can’t even make that happen! Worst shipping company EVER! No accountability! If I could give zero stars I would!

I would like to give 0 star. I’m waiting for my package 3 days ago. They have my package in the truck and still changing the delivery day bc NO ONE wants to deliver it. My package is a recliner and I need it urgently. FEDEX is the worse business service. ????????

Extremely toxic work environment. Lots of employees are getting overworked while others somehow slide by doing hardly anything. Favoritism goes all the way up the ladder. Avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of other warehouse jobs in the area that treat their employees much better.

Tell your drivers to stop saying they have fully unloaded their trucks at said destinations. We customers are tired of getting emails/texts saying our order is ready for pickup at said store & then waste gas going to said store & our pkg isn't there.

Because you had to choose one star minimum. Was expecting a delivery on Sunday. Driver said he rang the doorbell but did not as I was home when he said he attempted delivery. Will have to take off work on Tuesday to be home for the package. Terrible service. I thought the postal service was bad.

FedEx has one job. To deliver packages on time. Apparently this is too much for a massive global shipping concern to manage. A shipment going to a business, where FedEx deliveries have been received many times before, is stopped stating that a delivery attempt was made but the business was closed. At 6AM. After calling initially and being told that no, a delivery attempt was not made, but instead someone scanning packages made the decision that because the delivery was going to be made to a business, that the business would be closed on the delivery date in question. Even though other businesses still received FedEx shipments. So now after making special arrangements to receive the shipment, it is going to be delayed another day. Additional plans had been put in place that could not be moved, so after spending 4 hours on the phone trying to find out if the shipment is going to be delivered as promised, I got to drive all the way out to the shipping center, waste another hour and a half there, just to collect the shipment that should have been loaded on a truck and delivered. After collecting my shipment I was informed that if I had chosen to ship the item to another address i.e. a home or a UPS mailbox, there would have been no such holdup. The fact that there is zero accountability for shipping conglomerates like this is absolutely infuriating. NEVER SHIP WITH FEDEX. Ironically enough during my hour long wait I saw a FedEx employee sporting a shirt that said FedUp. Couldn't agree more

Horrible customer service. The man not only wasn't informed on how to track a package or make a claim but when I asked to be transferred to someone who did he agreed and set the phone down and turned up his TV. I had to hang up and call to speak to another. When I requested manager assistance they said they don't have management for FedEx ground CSRs. So I had to hang up and call again with a lady that said "I understand" a dozen times but didn't understand enough English to actually help. Completely unprofessional and not nearly as helpful as the sister company, FedEx Express. I hope Ground doesn't lose any of your parcels because you will get no help from them.

I was looking for information on how to contact a manager over the delivery drivers. I had a delivery at home with alcohol and know my ID needed to be shown. The delivery lady refused to look at it 3 times, I was trying to keep her from getting into trouble, I know they are always in a hurry. I could of gave her any name and she would of just went with it. It's pretty bad when alcohol can end up in a under age person hands. I'm putting this here since when I called customer service was no help.
