I would absolutely never take anything to this resale shop again. I was told to follow up in three months if not it would be donated. I did and was told I had one item of $12. 64 that sold and the other in layaway and only did checks once it reached $15 and when I returned was told a total of $20 and only did checks the l5th of the month. I waited until after March 17 and no contact from them and when I went I was told I had $12.88 total. I asked about the other item and she told me she goes by the computer. I had a soft surrounding heavy coat like sweater with sweaters ruffle on outside to below waist that was like new and retail paid $125--they sold it for $18 and I received 7.28 the other was a lovely white soft sweater with a hood pull over and sold for $14 and I got $5.60. I know it was gently used but worth more than what they gave me and if I had known what a rip-off in taking a couple of things to them I would highly advise to not take your good things to them and donate for a write off. I told her that she did not have to worry about me ever setting foot in that store again! I have done business with other resale shops over the years and nothing bad as this place in selling your clothes.

very nice local boutique. nice clothes & jewelry & handbags. I was very impressed by how nice everything was. very friendly staff. I will definitely be returning. reasonable prices & high end brands. Excellent local Ridelea Hills shop!

I have been a customer and consignor here for many years. The clothing selection is great, and the lovely store helpers and the owner could not be kinder or more helpful. I have seen their interactions with me and other customers. They are very honest in a diplomatic way if they don't think something is flattering to you. They're not trying to high pressure someone just to get a sale. I love this place and the people who work here. I don't know anywhere else in Ft Worth that gives such personalized professional service!

Three ladies working in the store and only one customer other than myself. No one said hello, can I help you or boo. On top of that I didn't find a single thing that looked worth trying on.

My work colleague brought me to this store for the first and am sure glad about it! Love everything about it , they have the most unique collection of clothing brands for amazing prices, today was meant to be a browse through day but I couldn't resist but buy a few beautiful pieces and am surely going to be back soon for more and often. The ladies are very courteous and the place is overly neat and very welcoming.
