I shop at this fiesta quiet often. I noticed when I first started going, everything was perfect. I started going to other places because I travel sometimes. I happen to go in yesterday the 7th, and I noticed when I checked out my item ring up wrong. I let the cashier know that the item ring up wrong so that someone can fix it. I happen to be back on this end today, the 8th, and I purchased the same item. This time I got extra, and I let the cashier know that the items were ringing up wrong and she refused to go check or fix it. She call her friend, she also refused to fix it. I told her to get the store manager because it's their fault the items ring up wrong and they refused to fix the problem. So she went to the store manager and he told her 3 times to fix it and she got embarrassed and she was 💢. I'm looking like you're not paying for it. How rude and nasty the cashiers and supervisors are. The store manager should wright them both up.

Fruits and vegetables are getting damaged very fast plus prices are high, just to be more quality at everything.

Love fiestas tres leches cakes I always buy my big or small cakes but today I bought a small one and it’s a whole total DISAPPOINTMENT the cake is so damn dry and rarely any milk on the tray I don’t understand why they don’t make them as wet anymore it’s called tres leches for a reason yall need to do better

Well as soon as I walked into the store there was a horrible smell I had a get a few things at that time even with the the horrible smell then as I walked out of the store there was very smelly as well. It was a Very disappointing vist to the store.

We decided to eat in the kitchen at fiesta #46 today in Fort Worth, Texas. The food was so delicious but what makes this place so special is the experience. The service was outstanding and the manager Yesenia was fantastic, warm and so welcoming. The staff made me feel right at home. The kitchen and dining area were pristinely cleaned and very tidy. Yesenia had such a passion for her job that it really translated to the excellence in her job. She went above and beyond to make sure our food was prepared correctly and that we were taken care of. I would like to thank everyone in the fiesta kitchen for making our experience an unforgettable one.

You guys must have for gotten about the handicap customers, You dont even have one handicap cart in your store. The carts did make it a little easier for handicap people to do there shopping and to be able to get the things we needed just by having the handicap carts and parking available like you do " THIS STORE "on N. 28th St. has been out of carts for months That's not good by not having some carts is going to make your customer's start going some where else. Everybody is not able to get around like that. You really need to get some carts for your customer's. And your paying for parking lot security for what because you don't have any carts.

I usually don’t take time to post reviews but I have to post about this particular store because of the wonderful experience I had with a manger named Yesenia. After having a horrible day at work I decided to get lunch at the cafeteria and with her kindness and conversation, she helped me to have a better day. The food was delicious and the customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. It’s not easy to find managers this special anymore. I loved the food, company and atmosphere. I will definitely be recommending this particular manager and store to my friends and family. You can’t find homemade Mexican food like this anywhere in the dfw area! Thank you again Yesenia for a new fav place to eat!!

Decent produce. The chocoflan they sell up at the front near the bakery is always good and moist. I don't recommend going on the weekend if you're only going in for a quick trip to grab a few things because the lines are horribly long, even in the 15 item checkout (if it's open). Decent sales on drinks and produce. They have papers at the front for their deals that week.
