Ive decided to try again and my rating was generous. Empty laundromat and im in the back corner washing , nearly ready to dry and here comes a woman wearing a mask to open and blow out all the dryer vents right beside me. Forcing me to inhale all that dust and forcing me to move my loads to the other empty side of the building. The step in the middle of both areas needs to be replaced with a ramp, almost tripping you and your basket is frightening.

I love this place and I never got her name but she works all the time she is so sweet.cheap washing free drying and you can buy bleach detergent all purpose cleaner and so much more! It's a little hole in the wall but your going to love it

I come here all the time to wash and have no problem. Only reason for 4 stars is because I just got here this morning at 8:45AM and the doors are locked with no one inside. Now I have to come back later today which is super inconvenient for me.

I really liked washing here but the afternoon employee, an older lady, is very special and I have seen how she is rude to some clients and only spends all her time talking on the phone. I went to buy soap one time and she was on the phone talking, she didn't leave the phone. phone to help me and that day I washed a lot of clothes and finished almost at 8pm and I felt that he was putting a lot of pressure on me for me to leave, and today when I came to wash I still hadn't finished adding the soap when he was yelling at me to lower the lid. and I had my things in a cart and he took them from me and left them where I was sitting, that seemed like a great lack of respect, you can't touch someone else's things no matter how insignificant it may seem, plus he has ugly manners and my comings to wash in this place they already feel uncomfortable because of the lady's manners

In reality it was the first time and the last time I visited them; When I arrived at the place, there was an hour left before the establishment closed according to the announced schedule and they no longer allowed me access because it was already closed.

They don't open at the time, it's 7:30 and it's still closed, it's not the first time this has happened to me.

It just says that you close at 9 and now I went at 8:15 and I managed to wash my clothes and the lady there was already closed ??♂️ she didn't let me in anymore

I ❤ this laundromat! The attendants here are very nice and go out of there way for their customers. I remember a time when I had to ride my bicycle here( with a trailer attached) in the pouring rain! Just as I got there my hitch busted and it took me a minute to get in. Well there last wash I at 8pm and I think I got there at like 8:05 the lady at first told me no it was too late but when she saw me with my bike and trailer she went ahead and allowed it as long as I was out by 9pm sharp. I was so relieved as my husband and I were homeless and camped in the woods. I had absolutely no clean clothes, and worse no cold weather close and the temp was expected to drop. Plus I had rode there in the pouring rain as I explained.I was grateful she allowed me to come in. Plus I have friends that have had awesome experiences as wellAdded bonus: The dryers are free and because it's fairly newer the washing machines are new and very clean
