Three of us went in to get some hats. We loved our experience watching him mold our hats. I wish I got his name. The guy was amazing at answering and helping with all our requests.Thanks for the awesome experience.

I don't normally write reviews on sores, but their customer service really impressed me. I went in yesterday looking for pants after my baby had an accident. Everyone was incredibly helpful. After I found a pair, they offered to let me change him in the store.

I am impressed. The store is great.I've been looking for two things for weeks and have really gone to a lot of stores, including various Western stores. And not just in Texas. I couldn't even list the names.I was looking for two things. A new hatband for a hit I like to wear, but the old one needs replacing.There was an incredibly large selection here. So I got what I was looking for...The second was a bolo tie with a single eagle. But not with anything around it. And here there were 3 different ones at once. One I didn't like at all and the other two were really hard to choose from.At the same time, this was the largest selection of bolo ties I've seen in my entire stay in the USA.Unfortunately I only took one photo. So only a small part can be shown.But if you are looking for cowboy pins, hats or similar typical items or accessories. There is a huge selection here

Went there and met Chuck who was forming hats. I talked to him, and I bought my first cowboy hat from him. I highly recommend Fincher’s.

Simply the best. Chuck & Casey never disappoint. Great in stock Rios of Mercedes boots, including hard to find narrow sizes. Personal service and so friendly. We've been going there for close to 20 years.

I went into this store today to buy a cowboy hat. I would ask how does this look or what shape would be best! Just kept getting answer whatever you want! Well I don't purchase a hat every day so not familiar with shapes or styles. Then they had a young man try to help me? I guess I didn't look the part to buy a hat from them! I did buy the hat but the experience was not very pleasant at all! I am local and will be sure to go elsewhere next time

An AMAZING selection of just about anything that you'd ever want to buy at EXCELLENT prices! I was a visitor from Tampa, Florida on my first visit ever to Fort Worth. I got my Girlfriend and I each a few souvenirs of Fort Worth and had expected the bill to be well over $100. It was barely over $60. I will most likely be visiting Fort Worth again over the Christmas Holidays. We will definitely be returning and I'll probably be looking for boots next time! 5 STARS AT THE VERY LEAST!

I stopped in to look for a hat. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure they could make it happen. Lucky for me they shaped and trimmed my new hat in less than 5 minutes. Very cool spot in Ft. Worth! Highly recommended.

Well a-howdy-hidey-ho! When I stepped into Fincher's I felt nude without a hat on my head and a twang in my talk. This iconic two-story store -- painted a stark white and adorned with a big rust-colored horse statue on the 2nd story balcony -- has been a western store staple in Fort Worth since 1902. Other shops have come and gone, but you've always been able to find the essentials here at Fincher's White Front. Both classic and the latest trending in hats, jeans, boots, belts, buckles, button-ups, and so forth. Fincher's isn't enormous but it has a decent kids, womens, and mens section as well as Stockyards souvenirs, from toys to keychains, to shot glasses. All things Texas and western for all ages. The staff here is great. I'm pretty sure a legit cowboy with like 70+ years of ranching experience helped my friend and I find him some boots. We probably would have bought anything this dude tried to sell us, haha, he was very convincing with his western wear knowledge. And a young cowboy at the register helped us pick out pants! The prices at Fincher's are super affordable, especially compared to most of the retail options in the Stockyards. It's touristy and expensive, so prices are generally high around here. Give Fincher's a shot!

In Feb 2022, & met Mrs. Fincher in the Ft. Worth store. Kind & helpful with my Texas necklace purchase. Wondered if she ever bought eggs from White Wings Farm, WWF; 1187 in Rendon.
