Horrible place to have work done. They do not confirm online appointment requests. I make requests online then I have to call them only to be told the slot is not available. They are supposed to call the customer when the slot is not available.
One time I went in for a scheduled alignment and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. He said he couldn't do my alignment because the alignment guy was about to go home. I pitched a fit and they did an alignment but the car still pulled to the right.
While I was waiting, I listened to them give someone a quote to replace a front strut on a Ford Taurus. They quoted $1,100 for a Monroe Quickstrut and minor linkages. It was a $350 strut assembly and probably $75 in other parts. I had just done the same work on my own car and had the work done in less than an hour. After listening to that, I knew I would never have anything done at this place.
I purchased a lifetime alignment on my car at Firestone and that's the only reason I ever go here and I still don't think I'm getting my money's worth.

Walked in and asked to get my car inspected at noon. Was told “I don’t think she’s doing any more inspections today”… at noon. Open until 7pm but by noon they decide they are done doing inspections. Interesting

A one hour wait turned into a three hour wait. Only wanted two tires mounted and balanced.
It only took twenty minutes after they finally got the car on the rack.
Wasn't too happy about someone rummaging through the glovebox without notice or permission either.
If you are going there, keep your eyes open.

By far the worst place to take your car. The wait times are insane. 2.5 hours for a tire change when I was told it would be an hour. They also recommended an oil change. I got the oil change and drove home. Next morning I come out to my entire garage floor covered in oil. I took it back to them to fix. Was told it would be done at 9:30am. I called at 11am after not hearing from them and was told it was done and they were cleaning it up. I go to pick it up and it wasnt close to done. They hadnt even got the part they needed to fix it. They don’t care about your time, over promise, under deliver, and apparently will just straight up lie to you.

“Incompetent” doesn’t even begin to describe this location. I dropped my vehicle off at 11:00 AM for a simple tire rotation and balance. I called at 3:00 PM for a status update. At that point I was told that I would be the next in line. I finally had a co-worker drive me over here to figure out what’s going on after no follow up calls or updates at 5:00 PM. Only upon confronting an employee was I told that they would not perform the work EVEN THOUGH I specifically took an employee out to look at it when I dropped it off. I’ll drive 100 miles before I ever let these clowns waste another minute of my life. STAY AWAY.

Had an overall great experience today from the moment we walked in, Heather greeted us with a smile. Kids loved coloring away as we waited on our oil change. Quick service & knowledgeable & FRIENDLY staff !

They always lie about how long the service will take. Not sure if it is incompetence or on purpose.
A few months ago I took my car in for a flat tire and they said they said the tire just needed air. The next day the tire was flat again. I sprayed the tire with water and soap and found it within a minute.

Heather and Jacob are the best! I have been coming here for a long time. Their customer service skills are the best. I am always kept inform of the progress of my repair/service. There prices are so much less than taking it to a dealer too. I would highly recommend this Firestone to anyone!

I recently bought the tires and requested alignment and balancing of the tires. After more than 4 hours of waiting, they delivered the vehicle to me, leaving it poorly aligned and with the tires poorly balanced and the steering wheel vibrating when they returned me, they informed me that they could not assist me on this day since They had a lot of work and they made me make a new appointment and then made me wait 5 more hours. The customer service was definitely terrible and you can't complain because the employees get upset and no longer want to serve you.
