These guys are the nicest! I had a blowout on my car & the spring completely came off. They did they're best to help unfortunately we ended up towing it home but they let me hangout while I waited for my husband to drive the two hours to come get me.

Excellent customer service. Got new tires here and next day was having concerning brake issues. Turns out a previous inspection at at different mechanic failed to identify that my brakes were shot. Brought my car in during the evening and needed a diagnosis and fix that night. They accommodated my needs, gave me a good discount, and provided quality customer service to me during this difficult situation. Highly recommend this shop for everyone.

Disappointing and Unethical Service
I came in for a basic oil change, which was quoted between $29 and $69. After waiting for two hours, I was suddenly informed that my total was over $90—without any prior discussion or approval. They used synthetic oil, which my car does not require, and never consulted me before performing the service.
To make matters worse, they refused to return my car keys until I paid the inflated price, leaving me with no choice but to comply. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and transparent service.

Terrible service from employee. Cared more about making money than helping customers. I left shop with check engine light still on
I had to reset it my self when I got home. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The service was terrible
I took my truck for alignment when I had already taken it before and they told me that the bolt joints needed to be replaced but they didn’t even bother to give me a quote to replace them.

I went to a store for an oil change and to address my truck shaking. I was told I could be fit in, so I agreed. After an hour of waiting, I checked in with Joe, the store manager, to ask how much longer it would take. He told me a couple of hours. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long and would come back later. Suddenly, an employee started working on my vehicle right away, which made me wonder why this hadn’t happened sooner. After the inspection, I was told I needed an alignment and new tires. What was supposed to be a quick service turned into a 5-hour ordeal. Despite having limited time, I was stuck at the store much longer than anticipated. I had to explain to my job why I was later than expected and use PTO to cover the extra time.Finally, I got my truck back. However, a quarter of the way home, in traffic, several service lights came on. I called Joe, who said it just needed to be reset. After waiting another 45 minutes, I was told the wheel had been installed incorrectly. This additional delay was not only a safety hazard, but forced me to pay for extra dog boarding and miss my personal training session. I filed a complaint with customer service but didn’t get a response the next day. When I followed up, I was told my complaint ticket had been canceled. This experience was terrible, and Firestone’s disregard for customers was clear. It seemed like they were more focused on taking money than providing good service.

I had a blowout early December and just happen to be able to pull over off the highway into Firestone & they were barely open but able to get me 2 fresh tires quickly. I came back a month later for the other 2 tires along with an oil change and the same worker was there who helped me the first time. They took great care of my car!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The representative that works here named Joe is HORRIBLE. He is terrible at his job.
I called yesterday to make an appointment and told them that I had a nail in one tire, but was also interested in getting some tires replaced. I made an appointment and they told me that it would only take AN HOUR AND A HALF.
I arrive to my appointment today 15 minutes early. I arrived at 10:15 am for a 10:30 am appointment. I told Joe again when I checked in that I had a nail in my tire and might need to get others replaced. He looked at my car and said that the tread on my front two tires looked low. I said that I would like to get them replaced. AFTER TWO HOURS, he tells me that the mechanic noted that I needed to get 3 tires replaced. I said that was fine. He then told me THAT THEY DON'T HAVE MY TIRES AVAILABLE. WHY DIDN'T YOU CHECK THAT YOU HAD THESE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO GET NEW TIRES???????? He tells me that I have to come back tomorrow. I can't come back tomorrow because the belt is ruined on one of my tires and I can't drive away on it. I have already been waiting for 2 hours at this point. Joe then tells me that he can get my tires delivered in 45 minutes. GREAT! I agree to this. He tells me the price. I agree to it. He makes the call and they're ordered.
TWO MORE HOURS GO BY and I ask him if my tires are here yet and he is rude and states that it hasn't been two hours. I have the time stamps on my phone and tell him that it's been TWO HOURS. He then calls the delivery service and says that they're on their way and are 30 minutes away. He then tells me that "the driver is held up and it's going to be an hour." He very rudely says "do you want their number so you can have someone else to yell at?" and I say "yes" and then he refuses to give me anyone else's number. At this point, I have been here for 4 hours EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND TOLD THEM I WANTED NEW TIRES. THAT WAS THE REASON WHY I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. He kept belittling me and asking if I was okay and saying "I hope you have a better day." JOE YOU ARE THE REASON WHY I AM HAVING A BAD DAY. I had to continuously remind you to do your job throughout this entire process. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!
Finally at 3:30pm after being here since 10:15am, my tires were replaced on my car. THIS WAS A RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I feel compelled to write a review several months late, but better late than never. The customer service here is superior. There is a lady that works there, whose name I shamefully cannot remember at the moment, even though she definitely knows my name. Yanis, maybe? Anyways, she runs the desk and seems to run the place as a manager, but what do I know. All I know is that she takes wonderful care of me and my daughter when we come in. She kept us safe one time whenever another client came in that was clearly inebriated, creepy, and invasive. Due to her gentle nature, and going above and beyond to keep us safe, we will always return to this location so long as she’s employed. She’s an angel and she makes sure my vehicle is handled efficiently. I have zero complaints about the quality of the service. Thank you again.
