searched on website late Sunday for tire replacement. made online appt for mon am. 11am appt. no problems. finished in 2 hours w specialty mercedes S550 tires. called me twice just to update status. 5 star all the way!

YERNIS, she was perfect, helped me in every way , very respectful, polite, and got the job done and figured out what my issue was, 100% will always go back as long as YERNIS is the one helping me! She’s definitely the person to go to!

Really positive experience. Had a flat tire and they fixed it in an hour on a Sunday for me as I needed to drive back to Austin. The customer service person Yernis was so helpful. Very inexpensive. Highly recommended

I've served in the US Army for 21 years and visited Firestones in different states and this location is by far the WORST. Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a oil leak End of Nov'23. Discovered the leak was still there Mid Dec. Informed by store that Service tech would be out for XMas Vacation so I waited until Mid Jan to schedule appt on 20Jan 8AM. My vehicle was never looked at and store never called to inform me the day of. Made new appt for 22Jan at 7AM and was informed that Bolt location wanted to send my vehicle to Lake Worth due to "Best Availability of Service Tech". It wasn't until 23Jan when my vehicle was transported to McCart Location where it is now being serviced. The Bolt location was either too incompetent or too lazy to fix my vehicle in my opinion. Stay away from this location.

I'd love to review the service, but after standing at the desk for about 7 minutes without so much as a wink from anyone there, I walked out and went elsewhere. I would have also accepted a "go f yourself," but couldn't even get that much acknowledgment.

My car randomly stopped working and thought it was a starter issue (was going to cost me $800 because of Kia apparently makes their own starter) but the boys at this Firestone diagnose the problem correctly and found out it was just a battery. They could have easily run my pocket and replaced the starter any way but they were honest and got me up and running.And because of that I trusted them with my tire and brake pad replacement the week after.My only negative being Napa auto parts who deliver some of their parts taking their time delivering parts first my car but I’m not taking that negative out on Firestone it’s not their fault. Once the parts came in I was out in less than an hour.

I have a jeep (don’t judge me the ducks were enticing) and ever since I bought my jeep it has been having issues. Specifically with my battery and the terminals. Everyone has been telling me that I needed to replace the terminals because they were loose, without asking “why”. Then, as fate should have it, I got stranded in the middle of Fort Worth and was forced to use this location for the first time. And thank god I did. It was gonna cost me 500 to get my car fixed initially and it wouldn’t have even been the correct fix…until Brian got ahold of it. This little wiz kid figured out my cars actual issue in less than 30 seconds and saved me 470 dollars doing it. Brian needs a raise asap.

I scheduled for wheel alignment. I came, checked in, and was told it would take 45 minutes. I waited for an hour and they told me it would be done in another hour and a half!? No apology or reschedule offered whatsoever...

Not to happy at this location I 35 moved from Arlington. Made an appointment for oil change and took 2 hours. Other place in Arlington on Little Road never passed 30 minutes with appointment.

I very rarely leave reviews but I was very disappointed with my service. The store was filthy with dead bugs everywhere. I scheduled an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early for it. 4 hours later they told me my car would be ready in 1.5 hours. I said did making an appointment not do any good for me? They said the front desk didn't let them know I had an appointment so I was treated as a walk-in and never confirmed with again.

I had a flat tire and my spare wasn't holding air so I had the truck towed to this facility. They did the work quickly but when I showed up for pickup they had lost my keys and the paperwork for what all they did. The person helping me spent about 5 minutes looking for the keys and paperwork before giving up on the paperwork and asking me what all they did to the truck so that he could fill everything out and charge me for it. They also either 1) did not put enough air in the tire for the TPMS sensor to turn off (drove it 15 miles home and the light was still on) or 2) they broke the TPMS sensor when fixing the tire. I'll check on the truck later and update when I get to the bottom of it. Overall it was not a good experience, especially if they broke my TPMS sensor. I wouldn't trust this facility to fix it even if they did break it.Update 5/16: I spent 20 minutes on hold trying to rectify the situation before giving up and hanging up the phone. I contacted the customer service email in the response to this 1 star review that's listed below. In said email I CLEARLY state I was give absolutely no paperwork on this transaction. They didn't give me an invoice, they didn't give me a receipt of payment, they gave me ABSOLUTELY NO PAPERWORK. Customer service response to that email was "can you give me the invoice #?" So that means customer service clearly is not capable of reading English. It's plain as day in my email. I HAVE NO PAPERWORK. So the "fix" to that is to ask for paperwork that I've already stated I don't have? We're off to a great start getting this issue resolved.Service: Tires
