Complete lazy shop i would not trust a lazy shop.
1: asked them to put license plate even i was paying they refused it
2: the 2 tires were replaced it's front drive car they choose to leave new tires in the rear after replacing just cuz they did not choose to rotate new tires to the front again being lazy

We would give zero stars if it was an option. At first we were pleased when Firestone called and said the truck was ready because they didn’t try to up sell us on anything. When we went in to pick it up, they asked my husband to take a seat because the paperwork wasn’t finished. Before he sat down, he asked if they had rotated the tires as he had originally requested. The desk attendant said yes they had rotated the tires.. However, my husband had marked the tires to make sure it had been done. It had NOT. Then they said “Oh yeah, the tires are too worn so we didn’t rotate.” Both of us looked at the tires and they were not too worn. So why did they tell us that the truck was ready to go when they had not done the work? We think they were going to try to up sell us on new tires. So much for the large sign inside with a quote from the owner that says, “ I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business.”

I took my car in for minor repairs and ended up paying almost 4000.00 in fee's, only to get my car back in worse shape than when I dropped it off! I will not be using your service again, I will take it to the dealership, hell if I have to pay these type of prices, I might as well! I was warned by my son and my brother not to use your services in the first place, I wished that I had listen to them!

Dropped off my fleet vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection on a Monday that took 3.5 days. Firestone never called, texted or emailed me on updates or issues and I had to call them to get updates.
On final morning Thursday of being without my work truck they said it was PENDING an air filter but everything else was done. I told them to close it down and have it ready so I can go to work, however I arrived and they never did state inspection making me wait longer.
Never going back. Poor communication and service.

I have went to do my alignment and they offered me Life time alignment for that particular vehicle at 225$ . first time they did awesome job. I took it frequently but not sure after they did or not . Recently I had to changed all my tyre because off outside and tyre thread can be visible.
I didn't my first oil change too, last month and now my car is burning more gas.
I'm not able to figure out. Is because of gas quality or something else.

My experience was not good, holding to a vehicle and taking longer time for being a company vehicle for any service including oil change and other maintenance.

On 9/20/2024 at 2:15pm went to Firestone to get state inspection on my truck, J.T Perkins was the man that took my information I have my proof of insurance on my phone it was sent to me via text message, he said can I see that can I touch your screen? I said yes because he need it to zoom in to be able to read it, when he handed me my phone he had turned on my WiFi, Bluetooth and he was on my contacts list that's what was on the screen when he gave me my phone back, that is what made me look at what else he had done, it was a young female in the waiting area that acted very suspicious she had been sitting across from me when he handed me my phone she came to sit next to me, I cleared my memory because I noticed apps running that I don't have on my phone and they kept popping up and I kept closing them, the female was very intense wherever she was doing on her phone. I decide to turn my phone off and immediately she put her phone down. I wish business didn't ask for your email address because scammers can do a lot just with your Email address that man is redhead with a beard. Unfortunately I don't have a way to prove that this happened even if a took a screen shot of how he hand me phone. But I put my name on that this happened to me

Got power steering pump replaced about a month ago. Cost me $700. And now I come back because I have another leak, that in my opinion should’ve been noticed when the pump was replaced, but fine it happens. So I get the power steering pressure switch replaced, A $40 part, they charge me $230 which I get labor costs and all but it still stings. And then they tell me oh we found another leak in the power steering system. It sounds like they aren’t doing a proper diagnostic and are just part swapping on me hoping it fixes the problem. Because how was this leak not identified when they identified the pressure switch leak. I feel like they either just flat out are not very good at their job or they are trying to take advantage of me by continuing to have these part replacements come up out of no where. The ladies up front that I have dealt with have been phenomenal but my gripe lies with the service provided. Not happy about being $1000 into the power steering and it not being fixed.

Firestone won’t mount or balance new tires unless they are their own product. Don’t waste time if you’re not buying tires there.

Victoria and everyone at Firestone were great. The team was courteous and very professional. They finished my car in a timely manner and it ensured I had transportation to work.
