Called made a appointment was great service sadly had no idea I made the appointment at the wrong shop, employee called to confirm my appt. I felt odd realizing I had took it to the wrong fire stone.That being said that service was great and had me wanting to go to those location next.

Went to get a new tire that's a hard to find size after one completely blew. First they couldn't figure out how to get the remnants of the blown tire off so had to come back. Then it took THREE more trips back before they got the correct tire on the correct rim in the correct location. I get that not all cars have staggered sizes but it's not that uncommon.Will not return, do not recommend.

We dropped our vehicle off with them explained the problem and requested a new alternator be put in. We picked up vehicle up the next day and they did not install a new alternator, only checked the battery. We already knew it was not the battery we had just replaced it a couple days ago. Went to the bank and the battery light came on and the truck stopped running as we was leaving. This was very embarrassing and thank God the weather was good and we were not far from home, my husband walked back to get our car to boost the truck. We drove it to Pep Boys they replaced the alternator and our vehicle is now running great. We will no longer take our truck to Firestone.

They took a very long time to find the problem to begin with. Then they did the repairs that I authorized, but when I went to pick up my car they did not explain anything to me before they rang up the bill. Very unprofessional in my eyes. I think things should be explained, especially to a senior citizen before they are requested to sign the charge slip.

I had a beautiful experience with Firestone they help me out with with my problem and now I'm back on the road again I appreciate their service their hospitality and their quick service they have a great team that works on cars to get everyone back on the road and and I appreciate you

I was satisfied. The two men who run this Firestone Store are capable and friendly to customers. That makes a lot of difference to folks who maybe don't know a lot about their auto or tire problems. My opinion is the advice that's provided helps customers make sound decisions about what's best for their auto problems. The place runs on a reasonably punctual schedule--there are some delays but this sort of thing happens when a Technician digs into a car problem. Sometimes there's more to a problem than meets the eye! So--all good. Thx

Paul is awesome! He does his best to handle your needs.His second in command is on point.His second in command was on vacation and when Paul was on his day off his third in command was lost, had poor customer service and had no idea how to handle the business.Hopefully he has been demoted to trash bags changer, I would not trust him on my vehicle because he doesn't have a clue as what to do.I think his name was Scott but I can't be sure.Paul, never leave that idiot in charge again!Thank you!

My car is pulling to the right, went to this Firestone for an alignment and they reassured me if they could not fix it they'll charge me only 30 dollars. Charged me 120 for the alignment and I asked them if they tested the car to see if it was pulling to the right, they said me yes they did.They didn't give me an invoice staying I'll receive it online to my email.When I drove the car it was still pulling to the right as before. I called and they said they did their best but couldn't fix it, when asked for the invoice they said their computer was down.Nothing worse than spending a lot of money to be lied in the face after being reassured.Don't come here please, find an expert.

Went in for an alignment, I marked my bolts before I went in with a grease pen. When they told me it was ready, none of the bolts were touched. And, they said they couldn't tell me what was adjusted because their tech was gone and their printer didn't work. I had them pull it back on the rack and sure enough, it was out of alignment. The manager did the best he could to fix it, but it's still very much out of alignment. Manager was nice and tried to make it right, but I don't trust this place to touch my vehicles.While I was there, I watched another tech work on an SUV and arc their ratchet off the starter multiple times... it's pretty basic knowledge to disconnect the battery to avoid this. And even if he forgot, the giant sparks flying on his head should have been a clue to disconnect the battery instead of continuing to make the mistake and risk frying the car's PCM.

Liars!!Made an appointment a day before, called in the next day to confirm before heading out and it was on the books.Reached to the store, employee said he saw my name but can’t find my appointment anymore so he called his manager/owner, who told me never made an appointment and no one called him. Showed him my call history of yesterday and today for both calls. For which he argued it just a google number can go to anywhere, so redialed that number and it rang in the store. Lol.Anyways, got him to admit that he took another person in my slot and can’t take me cause tech has to leave. What a way to do business!My business won’t go to this unethical management!

Do you enjoy an early morning appointment (key word here being appointment) for basic vehicle maintenance only to sit and wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change? Do you enjoy being told AFTER this 3 hour wait that the shop does not have the right tire in stock & that you will need to come back for a second time to have it put on? If so, this is the Firestone location for you! Poor service, poor communication & RIDICULOUS wait times. They also did not reattach the plastic black covering after changing the oil & filter which is currently banging against the road while I drive. Look at all the fun experiences that could be yours!

Beware!!!I bought free aliment for a lifetime. I took my car and they wanted to charge me $800 to fix it. The part is $35 so I guess the labor was $765 for an hour of work. That’s just crazy and a rip off. They tried to take advantage of me which is bogus. I took my car to a trust car shop. I didn’t pay half of what they were asking.

Will not listen to a word you say. I told them multiple times what I wanted done - wiper blades replaced, front and back, new air filter, and all fluids refilled, because I could see coolant and windshield wiper were low and wanted them to check the rest. Two hours later, said theyre done. He tells me they did the wipers and the filter. And the fluids? I ask. Yes, he says. They did not. Back wiper blades are not replaced, I knownbecause they were torn, and the fluids are at the same levels as when I dropped it off. Will not be going to this location again, do not feel like arguing with them anymore. Will now be going out of my way to avoid them. Do better.
