I had and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 am didn't get my car service until 2 pm. On top of that I was told that my brakes need to be replaced, my brakes are under warranty so I said replace them. The technician said I would need to come back or I could wait. I chose to come back. When I came back the next day a different technician told me I could wait until my next oil change to have my brakes serviced. I have had to have my rotors replaced three times by Firestone. And all those times I was told that I could wait. Not good!!!

Giving one star is gracious at this point. After paying for lifetime alignment we have yet been able to have completed after two separate attempts. This last one with the tech telling us parts on our truck were broken and need replacement when they were literally installed less than 24 hrs ago with 15 miles out on them AND installed by a reputable licensed mechanic. Seeing that this is the second time they have had issues with some part of the truck they said was broken/ defective and in need of replacement we have now struck out twice with a company we have given money to and be let down. I now have to go back in tomorrow to speak with the manager to get a refund on a paid service that was never completed….again. Worth the money to drive elsewhere and pay for competence.
**Update- spoke with the manager we were directed to speak to on Monday, the day after. He listened to the issue and was immediately receptive to refund our lifetime alignment and tried to offer another attempt at alignment through we had it completed elsewhere.

Brian is best! I was in town for the FWSSR and had an issue with a tire. I stopped by Firestone on a Sunday. Yes. Sunday. And Brian quickly took care of my tire problem with great customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I did not receive services here but I was in an accident on Mccart and the sweet mechanics came to help pull my car in from the street. I was alone and couldn't have done it without Cole and the other young man that came to help. Thank you so much for helping me when I was so shaken up. I really don't know what I would have done without them.

Car repair was ok; it was the person at CFNA who told me that my account was delinquent, for, which it wasn't. I had to put the repair total all on my checking instead of dividing the total between my Firestone and debit cards.

It is a big scam, they want to change all the parts, even if they are good, they tell you that they are damaged. Please be very careful in this workshop to charge you more money, they do the impossible.

I had an unusual and unsettling issue with my Suzuki SUV that came straight out of the blue. Now I won't go into the details about exactly what the problem was. Suffice to say, once Brian (who man's the lobby counter at the main entrance to Firestone) and one of the shop mechanics got over their initial surprise, they set forth to remedy my SUV problem which they did in the usual quick, efficient, professional manner that the Firestone Complete Auto Care is known for. Thanks guys there at the 6451 McCart Avenue Firestone Auto location here in Fort Worth. Again thanks, I appreciate you all.

This is my favorite car shop to go to. Not only is the manager Bryan great. He is very organized and efficient at trying to see what is wrong with my car and how best to proceed with the repairs. I dont feel like I am being riped off because I'm a woman, they are honest here...
