I needed to have some repair work done. I had an oil leak. They assessed the problem quickly, cleaned my engine from the stray oil and replaced the gasket. They had a special pricing going on while I was there, so I even got a discount on the total price! I'm completely satisfied and will def go back for my car service needs.

I have been going to Firestone locations for over 30 years, but my most recent experiences have been really bad. The local store has poor communication, poor time estimates, and seem to want to upsell at as a normal course of business.
My most recent experience my son took his car to the local store for a tire plug, nail in tire, very simple. The store held the car for the entire day and called 10 min before close to share they would not be able to do the work that day. The next day they stated they could not repair the tire as it was below min spec. and new tires are needed.....this is simply not the case, the tires are worn, but likley have over a year of tread life on the tires before needing to be replaced. I had someone confirm this yesterday. Based on most recent experiences, you have lost a lifetime customer.

I have been loyal to Firestone for quite a while but this is ridiculous. I took my car in for a tire to be patched and they warned me that there were two cars in front of me but that they were seemingly simple repairs and it would be about 1-2 hours before they could work on the car. I said that was fine and left the car. It is now SIX hours later and I still do not have my car. Not only did it take them 4 hours to even START working on the car, there was no communication on the amount of time, and they called me with updates and asked if I would like to replace my air filter to which I agreed because they said it would be super quick. One hour after that call, I called for an update and they failed to let me know that they needed to get the air filter from a vendor and that they’re still waiting on it with no idea of when it will be done. Not only is the communication on timing horrific, the initial man I spoke to spoke to me like I was stupid. I am so frustrated with this store and do not recommend that ANYONE go here EVER.
All of that said, Alexis did a great job on my car and was kind enough to throw away a little but of trash that I had.

Took my Tahoe in for oil change and tire rotation and cabin air filter replacement . Got my truck back and now have a issue with the AC/Heater fan that now makes a crazy noise when you turn it up to high to cool the truck down. I will not be using Firestone Teahama Ridge or any others ever again.

I travel for work and these guys squeezed me in pretty much last minute to do a front end alignment on my truck and did a great job.

This Firestone location is much better than the others. I’ve came here twice, once to get all my tires changed out and the other was to fix my ac blower motor fan… they made sure both were taken care of in a short amount of time!

This location’s have no sense of work . they do not have tech but they are booking appointment. They just have website but never updates. Never trust this location, completely irresponsible , I was having appointment at 7 but they open at 7.15 and they are saying they don’t have technicians to work , unbelievable

If you’re looking for somewhere to schedule an appointment for an oil change and then watch your vehicle sit untouched for 3 hours this is your place. Would NOT recommend.

I was in a situation where my car needed a new tire, and I got there at 6:55 PM. The lady there helped me so gracefully, up until 20 minutes after closing time, and didn't even charge me for the reserve tire exchange. Thanks to her service and help, I will go back tomorrow and get a new permanent tire installed there. Not sure why their ratings is 3.1 stars, but they clearly weren't treated by that lady.

IF I WAS THE OWNER OR MANAGER I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION! Sat waiting on my car to be taken care of when a nicely dressed gentlemen walked in, I am guessing he took off work since he still had his work badge on or was headed there. He walked in stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge that he was there, sitting there on the other side of the glass in the repair area standing around the computer right in front of the window I saw no less then 5 employees look at him and NOT ONE said we will be with you in a moment, or even made it seem like he was even there! He stood there for atleast 4-5 mins while the employees stayed huddled around a computer. After no one said anything to him he walked out shaking his head in disbelief. If my car wasnt being repaired I would have left right behind him. I will not be back!

Worst experience ever with a tire shop. Stopped in here seen a worker standing in the bay on his personal phone not doing anything when he sees me he gets up and plays like he's doing something. He tells me to go inside and speak to someone inside the office. I go in the office and I ask one of the men behind the counter that I just needed to get some air. He replies okay and answers the phone. I return to my vehicle and waited 7 minutes. While watching him go from the front counter to the back office and answer the phone and play with paperwork while sticking his finger up just a moment. All I needed what's the air tool to air up the tire I would have did it myself. Now I understand why other people have complained about Firestone. The last person I spoke to that had service through them said that Firestone put their brakes on backwards and they had to take it back a second time to get the problem fixed. I would not refer Firestone. Firestone needs a change of behavior with action.

Update: Absolutely miserable service. They have gone down hill. I've serviced many vehicles over the years with Firestone. We bought a new tire recently, that was leaking air. I took it back to the store, but they have no record in their system. Now I'm left scrounging trying to find a paper receipt to get service.
Firestone's feedback below is from a prior three-star review. Downgrading the store to one star. Would give zero if I could. The customer service is unbelievable.

Dont call for state inspection just go in, matter of fact go somewhere else because they will lie to you over the phone and in your face! I called they said the state inspection machine was down went in they said it was down, called back got another person later who said its been up all day and they've been doing inspections
