Running errands and come out of your location Walmart and you have a flat. What?! So I go to the only place I know because I was introduced to Firestone by a friend her boyfriend at the time was working there and he made my vist than feel overwhelmely great. So Firestone thank you for than and now how yall do what you do best. Made me feel without a doubt safe and my car too.

The tech that serviced my car was very knowledgeable and skilled. He explained it to me in terms I understood. The front desk attendant was nice and he helped me as well. I will tell any and everyone about these young men at this location. I love this place.

Dont go here when manager is there. Manager Victoria is just rude. She never offers a smile and always talks as if she is angry and unhappy. She doesn't offer any friendly customer service.Always sitting around while all other employees are busy busy.

I Used to work for this Firestone location and let me tell you my experience working there, it was awful, the store manager Victoria is very difficult to work with and the sales advisor Andrew is not friendly at all mostly towards women and elderly customers. I'm very disappointed with Firestone as a whole. I purchased two sets of tires from Firestone in the past, but after working for them and seeing how they operate, I will never buy tires from Firestone again.

Brought in my vehicle for alignment, and when I picked it up the the steering wheel was out of alignment, and one of the check engine light was on. I will never go back to Firestone again.

Bad service, they forgot to put 2 lug nuts on the front tire of my truck, I drove to Austin Tx. More than 400 miles, thank God nothing happened, the manager VICTIRIA never call me,
