This place is terrible, for starters I think the owners of this business should know the manager is locking the door 30 minuets early and turning customers away. The older white lady who works here is very rude. Gave me an my fiancé an attitude because we came in 20 minuets till their actual closing time to retrieve our pawned items. I also watched her turn a black guy away at the door 15 till closing and then let a white guy with a mower come in after. I'm not making accusations, but that's not a good look. I think the owners of this company really need to look into them locking up 30 minuets till close, and that was just when we arrived, no telling how long they actually do this.

When I need a loan these folks are kind, fair and give me a good price for the merchandise I bring for security. I don't use banks. As long as you redeem your tickets you'll get top dollar on your loan. The folks here are good people. I would recommend this Pawnbroker over any other.

It has a very abusive and rude staff, mainly a Hispanic woman who is very racist to my husband. He is disappointed several times and they tell him to put things aside and they don't explain the procedures. And then they are left with very bad service.

This woman came out to threaten to have my car towed. Didn't even ask if I was going in the pawn shop. But all the white folks around me walking by and she did not tell them anything.

My husband and I have come in twice once to come and buy a Chanel set my husband saw that he wanted to buy me but when we went in we couldn’t get anyone to help us. No hi when we walked in and we couldn’t get anyone to come to the counter to get it. There was no other people in the store but us and two employees. The employees were clearly avoiding us both times they went to the other side of the store instead of helping. The second time he went in there to buy another piece of jewelry saw the same employee his name is German, and once again everyone ignored us. So both times we left with buying the items we wanted. Won’t be back if I can’t even buy!

They sell fake jewelry. Bought a chain from them and when I tried to pawn the exact same chain. They said it's fake, that I should've checked before leaving the store.

Ok I shop here all the time and have lots of things that I've purchased from here. But there is a new lady that she almost seams doesn't want to sale anything. All the stuff I show interest she will show me for a bit before she reaches for it and puts it oway, without even asking if I want to buy it. Twice she has said to me on items that I was interested in "caind of like that I think I'll get it for me", and she would take it and put it aside. I don't like conflic so I don't say anything but never the less it's getting enjoying.
