Everything I go they have something more important than the costumer ! The own manager decides to help someone else when he is all ready helping a costumer !!! Having the other one waiting!!! Then they said the costumer have an attitude when they totally missed it up.

Let’s just say after a very stressful day of going back and forth between the bank and my insurance because my insurance wasn’t listening correctly, Dianne got me all fixed up so that I won’t have to worry about a stressful situation like this again (hopefully). I have been receiving direct deposit with this bank for over six months and have never had a problem like I experienced today. I was being helped by a young lady and her manager Jessica butted in the conversation stating I couldn’t cash my check okay that’s not an problem but her ignoring me when I asked a question is and is also very rude. She needs to work on her customer service.

Don’t not bank here if you’re looking for truth. I’ve been told multiple times after cashing a check the funds would be available instantly. And each time they don’t do it.

They hace been my bank for over 10 years. I just use them for my checking account which is free with no minimum balance if you have direct deposit or use your debit card at least 12 times per month.

This company is the worst in customer service and satisfaction. I now understand why a lot of past customers left this banking institution. I will be looking for a new banking institution. First National Convenience bank of Texas is a very big joke. Don't waste your time!!!

Worst Bank I ever had in my life there is always something they always assume everyone is doing fraudulent activity. The supervisor would not cash my check closed my account without notice a huge disappointment supervisor would not help me I practically cried and begged they closed my account over 36$ without warning

Been with the bank for years and the staff at this location are horrible and rude there are always new employees that don't know what there doing and none of the other staff stops to help. I will be closing my account due to this location
