When the wearing a mask requirement began i had to go there the friday morning before it actually started, well they started requireing it earlier than official start and told me i had to have a mask so i went home and got one without arguement.but when i returned the same teller was there and she wasnt wearing her mask and when i mentioned it to another teller they asked her to put it on she just rolled her eyes and refused to put it on and kept it off for the entire 20 mins i was there and still hadnt put it on when i was leaving.i dont mind being told to wear a mask but if i am refused service because i dont have one and go home and get one i expect the person who tells me i need one to be wearing thiers as well

I loved being with this bank for the longest time. Up until about last year. Good luck ever getting someone on the phone. I think I enjoyed them because the bank was right around the cornerFrom my house. Went to go on vacation a few weeks ago and spend 2 yes 2 hours on hold trying to place a travel advisory on my card. Guess what. Never got anyone on the line. Made the decision to just go to an atm and get cash instead of waisting more time on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Two weeks before the trip I was trying to buy a car and just needed someone to verify I had the funds in the account for the down payment. Took an entire business day to have someone say yup she’s got $1,500 in her account. Currently just got back from vacation and my card isn’t working. Been on hold 16 minutes already here we go for another 2 hour wait trying to access my money. ? just seems like it’s always going to take forever to get anything done. Frustrating

Terrible service. Went in today at 11:45 the bank was open and one employeat the front desk looking straight at me, while I was waiting to be called. I waited five minutes for her to call me thinking maybe she was finishing the previous transaction. She just kept doing stuff in her computer, while 4 other employees were playing behind her. Finally I had enough and said can someone help me. This lady at the front desk looked at me and said we don't open until noon. I cannot believe their terrible costumer service. I don't expect them to open early for me I understand if they are not open. But how about you let me know as soon as you see me waiting in line? She didn't even address me when I was standing literally two feet in front of her and waited until I asked to inform me that the were not open.
