Avoid this branch, if possible. The teller was very rude. Claimed that my check was a fake check then stated she was going to keep it. I asked for the manager, she stated she was the manager and told me she wasn't going to return my check. I called the Ft. Worth Police Dept to have my check returned to me and they were unable to assist me. Then as they were about to close I see a very well dressed woman going into the back office of the bank and I requested to speak to her. It turns out that she was the actual Manager and she returned my check to me and gave me options to either deposit the check through the app or to go directly to the bank that issued the check. She was very personable and professional aside the other individual.

When I made it through the line I stood in front of one of the cashiers for what seemed like 5 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged at all. It was the craziest thing, the cashier didn’t say a single thing didn’t even say the usual “i will be with you in minute”. I understand customer service has gone out the window but from a bank? It was good while it lasted but time to swap banks.

These use to be a good bank but lately the staff is more interested in talk about personal stuff and talk to guys that stop by and flirt with them than do their work help the customers you will have to stay in lane for at least 30 minutes before they can said to you we will help you soon instead i started to go to the bank inside walmart they are real professionals in my opinion i wish they hired new staff that really want to work for these location i kroger is just a block from my house

The staff here is very friendly and courteous but this is not a good bank.I had an account there for three or four years had over a $50,000 balance in my accounts, my beacon is mid to upper 600's. I applied for an RV loan that I was putting more than 50% cash down on and asked for a $20,000 loan and they turn me down. I had posted three times that amount in deposits so I collected my money and went to EECU where customer service goes beyond expectations

Not nice enough to change my big bill for small bills bc I dont bank there. Instead they would rather me wait in the customer service line of Kroger. Why would I bank with poor customer service like that?

Managers were completely rude. Treating bad with attitude, talking to them like they were children. Truly felt bad for the nice woman who was helping me with my account, she was treated so terribly but remain in character. Hope she finds employment else where, she doesn’t need to deal with rude managers and supervisors.

I was extremely disappointed during my visit at this facility. The supervisors and management are so unprofessional. They treat their staff so awful, especially in front of their customers. Will not be banking here EVER AGAIN!

I honestly am not feeling this bank. currently looking for a new one. They take to long to answer the phone and i could never access my online account. Resetting it through email doesn't help either because they never send the freaking email to me.

This is the worst bank I have ever used! I have had my account for 18 months and suddenly they started charging me a $12 monthly service fee putting my account in the negative. I have not been given any notice of this change. It should be renamed 1ST INCONVENIENCE BANK!

Literally waiting in line for now over 15 min. With over 4 tellers working. This is crazy and the second time I’ve dealt with this bank and each time it’s been like this. It’s just insane how slow they’re working.
