It sucks!!!! The attention
I took my mom to get a new account and they charged her but they didn't help her install the application on her phone and they also gave her a sheet so she could register the card!!!
I had to take her to the bank in Jacksboro, that bank is much better than that one and the attention goes without saying!
They should change the staff, it really counts for a lot.

This Bank has me so mad right now. I opened a New Account Friday. They have had to ask me for my Driver's license 3 times. Because manager lost it after I sent it in twice then I was asked to texted it to someone's phone.
But this is what happened next the check I deposited I was told by a lady it's on a three yes "3" year hold. I told her she was crazy I want my check back . You can't hold a check for 3 years. She said yes we can. I told her my attorney will be all over this.
They are the most rewreckless Bank I have ever seen. I'm scared to leave my money here now it was to clear Monday but did not because my license was misplaced now today but it's 4 pm no money at all. It's from a car ins company you think they could give me a hundred at least but no. An they still hv my check. They better hope it does by today . Or else I'm taking it all out. When it does .

I use to work for 1st convenience bank, not only did I not get proper training and there was discrimination going on, but today my boyfriend came in to this location to pick up a new card the assistant manager the gay Hispanic guy was very rude told my boyfriend he had to set up his card with an attitude going on off on his employees and being disrespectful. My man had to call the number to set it up wouldn't let him set it up so the call got transferred to their boss / IT or whoever that's over the branch and the manager at the bank even still had an attitude mean mugging mr. Spencer after y'all told him he was a VIP account. Idc what account or how important the account is. The manager on duty needs to leave his attitude outside the door and sorry but not sorry fake it til you make it. That's what they teach you in the classes right??? So I'm confused on how y'all keep allowing these bad apples to spoil y'all's branches but y'all need more training because there's a new girl there that needed help and she wasn't getting the proper training she needs to succeed in the company. Overall y'all need to fix y'all's attitude fix y'all's faces and do the job y'all got hired to do thank you‼️‼️

They said they would help me get a credit card for me and my wife, so we filled out the application and they helped us but we never received anything from the card so I don't know what the mistake was ?

Worst bank ever I will never open another account with this business !!! They hold your money for 24hours after you do instant transfer and they hold your paycheck for days after you’ve been paid it’s ridiculous

Still can't get anyone to help me with the app on my phone so I have to call to get balance and I'm paperless account. ..so I'm constantly being charged 50 cents after so many inquiries this is so wrong. I wouldn't have to call if they knew how to get my. Phone app fixed in the first place. I'm going to have to change banks because I get va benefits directly directly deposited deposited. I'm. So frustrated. ?

I was told to come back to open a Ira account, I came next day and the person to help me was there. But the guy helping me kept going back and forth. He asked me if it would be more than 500.00$$. I said I don't have t now. So he said cone back when have money opened the account.

This bank just stole my money!! I was in line to buy a money order, all of a sudden this lady from the bank came over and said they could help me get a money order, I said I don't want to pay extra, she said THERE WILL BE NO FEES!! Guess what, there was a $30 dollar fee!! Which they will not return!! I called my bank and they explained the lady should have informed me of the charge, they draft my account as if it had been an ATM!! $30 wasted, that could have been a week of groceries. Thanks alot First Convince Bank!!!
