Fitness Center is a really nice place with great facilities and well maintained equipment. It has great equipment including Hammer Strength, cable machines, treadmills, freeweights, squat racks, a basketball court, and weight machines. The staff are polite, friendly, and really nice. The place is impressive, though some machines are close together. It is located at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Ft Worth.
It’s my get away from things place and no one really bothers you. You need a CAC or Retirement ID or be a dependent to DOD member. Staff is also nice.

This place is always clean and picked up. I like the pride they take in keeping it clean.

Not bad- obviously dress appropriately (nothing skin tight or showing more than just basic limbs ) not a whole lot of equipment but enough to get the job done in a pinch. Older but clean.
