Customer service here is horrible unless you like being followed around constantly by an employee. I'm not kidding. Every single aisle. I went down with my shopping cart. I was followed by the same little employee. Just touching stuff on the shelf. Not really doing anything, didn't ask me if I wanted any help or if I needed help finding anything just always there following me. I have no idea why- I did nothing to provoke or make her think I was stealing - so I don't know if they've had a big theft problem here or what, but it made me extremely uncomfortable. Finally I asked her why she was on every single aisle that I seemed to go on and she just gave me this ugly look and said "what, I'm just cleaning. I'm just trying to clean.''. I had a pretty full shopping cart, but after that, I just finally left without purchasing anything. I felt extremely disrespected and unjustly targeted.
And it's not the first time I've experienced passive aggressive attitudes from the young employees... The lack of good customer service is so disheartening these days.

Bought candy on 10/12/24 expiring 5/19/2025 and it tasted NASTY, opened it urns out the inside had MOLD.
Called corporate and they said they would look into it and hopefully this is pulled so it doesn't happen to someone else, but as for the quality assurance of their edible products, really disgusted 🫠😪
