7:22 PM Sunday 12/08/2024. My kids asked to go to five below as a reward for doing chores. We did our normal browsing and as we were checking out the manager Tracey watched us the entire time and as we were leaving the check out line she accused my children of putting candy in their bags, my son was holding a blue candy bottle and asking me if I paid for the item at the same time Tracy was accusing them of theft. I told her I instructed them to place the items on the shelf next to register and my 11yr old automatically walked over to the shelf to show her that the items are on the shelf. She then aggressively snatched the candy bottle from my 6yr old son's hand and spraining his fingers. My kids think you're dumb, angry for no reason, racist, a big back due to you stereotyping and projecting it on my kids for doing absolutely nothing.

My kids love this store and this is a great location. The store is bright, open and beautiful. The checkouts were kind of odd.. like it was meant to be a bunch of self checkout stands but a lady checked us out. Anyway, we’re excited to have this new location off Sage Meadow Trail.

This store is amazing. I don't know what I'd do without it being near me, because it has so many fun things for a very cheap price! Including all the sanrio themed items and the squishmallows, which would usually be 10-20 dollars anywhere else. Once you walk in, you won't be able to resist!
