This location far exceeds the other one nearby. The staff is kind, capable and still believes in true customer service. The store is clean and organized and they tend to have better inventory. I will Always choose this one over the Hulen location any day!

Five Below is the place for quick shopping and they have things that cute and to your liking plus they may have items that you aren’t really looking for especially during Christmas some of there ornaments you’ve never seen before.

This place was incredible, but there was a person there who changed my entire experience. There was a worker who worked there named Darby. Darby was both a blessing and a curse. She was a blessing in the way of being incredibly helpful and nice to everyone around! But she was a curse in the way of making me not even want to leave the store! She was such a joy to be around, that i felt like I was already home. Thank you, Darby, for being an amazing human being and watching out for anyone in need!

You’re not going to tell a grown woman to leave their bag on the floor in the front of the store. It’s rude to accuse potential customers of stealing. Who’s to say one of your employees won’t try to look through my bag and steal from me?

This will probably be my last time visiting this location. Today was literally the last straw. Not only were the systems down and they were only accepting cash, the customer service was horrible. I had various questions about items and needed assistance locating things, all the workers said they didn’t know. One person said they were helping out in the store and didn’t know where anything was. I don’t know is never an answer that’s okay. Another female worker said she was helping me look for an item but I saw her at the register talking. With it being self check out, the employees could at least be helpful in the store. Rant over, please do better. If you can, visit another location that will assist and be helpful.
