I love shopping here! They have so many things for low prices. I mainly buy graphic tees, pet supplies, and toys for my daughter. The customer service is nice as well.

Just wanted to take a moment to say what a customer friendly experience I had here today - both me and my daughter. The manager Moronica and employee Herminia were so helpful, friendly and professional both with there greeting and help navigating the self-pay registers even to the point of opening the door for my daughter and bagging up her items because she was on a crutch. I made a joke about what great customer service they had and I wanted to give them a 10 star review as I don't normally write reviews. So here is a 5-star review for them both.

l go into this five and below all the time Christmas shopping with a friend and l sign up to get my 10% off but it wasn’t in my email this time the worker offered to take it off anyway and he was so kind about it. l think this goes to show how they go above and beyond even if it’s only $2 off, they were so sweet l went in 12/11/25. l kept saying may God bless you because that truly made my day, 🤗🤗🩷hopefully next time l get the email tho lol

The head manager was disgustingly rude to her employee and towards me. She had an attitude for whatever reason when I asked for help. Her name is Maronica. From what I’m hearing this isn’t the first time this has happened. Shame on management! I’m reporting this.

The worst Five and Below. A few weeks ago the cashier that assisted me was beyond rude. She laughed at my face because I wanted to do a return. Today, I met Maranica a manager who assisted me with a price adjustment. Items were ringing up for $15 instead of $5. When she walked over to the registers I got in 2 words before she put her hand on my face and shushed me. She then told the cashier that the price was wrong. She adjusted the price and walked away. I am in complete shock. A grown adult who is suppose to be the face of the company doing low class things.

Came in to buy a last min little gift, one of the items i got was in the $1 section in a box that said $1. The item scanned for $3, i told the associate which asked me to show her where I got it from, when I did she continued to ask for a coworker to come and adjust which then this lady came into the front, checked where it was and removed the items from the area. Then she came and said it scanned for $3 and said there was nothing she could do and it was not and quote her problem becase if she gave me the $1 then she would have to do for everyone else which I reply that if she removed it from the area she didn’t have to have to fix the mistake Again anyhow I ended up just purchasing the item and leaving. Bad customer service

This location far exceeds the other one nearby. The staff is kind, capable and still believes in true customer service. The store is clean and organized and they tend to have better inventory. I will Always choose this one over the Hulen location any day!

Five Below is the place for quick shopping and they have things that cute and to your liking plus they may have items that you aren’t really looking for especially during Christmas some of there ornaments you’ve never seen before.
