My experience with 5 star collision was top notch. From the moment of entering I was greeted with a warm smile and knowledgeable staff. The Repairs to my Honda were done quickly and with superb quality. Shane the manager even stayed late so i could pick up my car.

Let me start by saying the Salesmen and Women at Five Star ford NRH are great. However the collision center that aftermarket uses, has become one of the worst experiences I've had with a service shop. We purchased a spoiler from after market and it was installed by the collision center. We have been having issues with it coming up ever since we had it put on. After the second time we took it to them they left hardware in the trunk that we could here rattle around every-time we opened the trunk and left micro scratches all over the trunk from their "buff" job. After a couple of weeks the spoiler started coming up again so we took it in to have the spoiler looked at as well as the micro scratches buffed out. Shane Foley who is the collision center manager, was very condescending to my wife. With an attitude why are you driving this your a woman comments, and "its ok sweetie" when she's unsure of the engine. After my wife called to check on her car Shane lied to her about what he was told by aftermarket, evidently saying he was never told to check the spoiler just take care of the micro scratches. Well after market confirmed that was a lie. He was very rude with a how dare you call here attitude, I don't deal with customers. Whether this is the case or not that is piss poor customer service. So they fix the micro scratches and the spoiler for the third time. After we arrived to pick up our car, it was filthy, the outside of the car was dirty had water marks everywhere. The rocker panel on the drivers side was covered in mud and foot prints, the car reeked of cigarette smoke. This is after Joshua Fichter supposedly had a conversation with him about his attitude, I don't know what Joshua told him but assuming something to the affect of don't call and just make sure its done right. Well he made sure he got the micro scratches out on the trunk but left the rest of the car a mess as one last "F" you to my wife. Shane nor anyone at Five Star Ford checked the vehicles condition after it was delivered. We will not do business with people that obviously don't want our business, nor care about customer service. We even purchased the warranty to fix any scratches, dings, pot hole damage, and we won't be bringing it back here for anything. We'll purchase after market items and take our vehicles somewhere else to be taken care of. We just bought another vehicle from here and I had left a Five Star Review because the sales team was great. However, I will not do anything at this FiveStar Ford after purchasing a vehicle. Which I know you guys honestly don't care because at one point we were told "your not loyal to us you would go anywhere you could get it cheaper". We have bought our last 6 vehicles from you guys without shopping at all, you guys have a little bit of an attitude problem because of how many people live in DFW and you'll "just get the sell with the next people". I hope that plan works out for you in the long run.

These guys are amazing! Both mine and my wife’s vehicles were virtually totaled in the last hail storm, but 5-Star had them back to new in no time and kept me informed all along the way. Highly recommend.

This SHOUTOUT goes to Shane, Brandon, and Chris C. I got into an accident and these guys went above and beyond for me and my Jeep!! They are trustworthy, honest, and reliable. My baby is back to normal and has a shiny new beautiful hood and these guys had it back to me in no time. If you need a repair this is the place to go to!!!

Steven was the best!!! Went out of his way to ensure I had a loaner vehicle to make sure I could get my kids to school each day!! Then even AFTER they fixed my car from the collision they found a issue that was recalled by GM and they not only allowed me to stay in my loaner but THEY DELIVERED MY CAR TO CHEVY FOR THE RECALL!!! THANK YOU!!!!?

They left my lug nuts loose, one of them flew off. The remainder lug nuts were not even finger tight. I didnt even make it half way home. Thankfully, I'm a mechanic myself, I could feel the wheel wobble and heard it clicking so I pulled over before it flew off. They also left smudges all over my door. Huge disappointment, I had used this shop in the past but never again.

My brand new bronco got hail damage after only having it for 1 month and I filed a claim with allstate. The shop made it a easy repair for me and everyone was very nice and helpful!

Lack of real customer service. Condescending and truly are jerks. Thank goodness I rarely needed true collision work. If it weren’t for the driver that hit me, I never would have had to even reach out to this dumpster hole.

Fantastic service at Five Star Collision. Ricky was my service advisor and was helpful and responsive. He gave me an estimate, scheduled me in to drop off my vehicle quickly, and worked with the third-party who paid for the repairs to ensure it all went smoothly. Truck was cleaned, and the quality of the repair was fantastic. Best part was the time to repair my vehicle was quick and in line with their estimated time. Would happily use this shop for any repairs!

Excellent service and work done here. I was rear ended and needed to have my bumper replaced. Stephen was my advisor and he did a great job of giving me updates and timeframes. Chris C. and Kayleb did great work on my 4runner. Anyone looking at their work would be completely unable to know it was not the original bumper. I have to say these guys made me and my 4unner very happy!
