Brandon McCrocklin is the man! He was my Advisor that handled the paint repair on our vehicle from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything that was getting repaired while our car was in the shop being fixed. I'm picky.. very picky.. and the work that was done is flawless! I can't even tell where the repair was done.. it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! You can tell this place has it together- from Upper Management to the Advisor- you are dealing with top-notch people. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!!

Girl at the front desk acted like I was bothering her being there and could care less what I had to say. Allstate customers beware! They are a preferred shop but the appointment wasn't honored. A nicer gentlemen caught me as I walking out and explained this problem has been there for over a year but they don't care enough about their customers to fix it.

These guys are amazing, from Mr. Rick, to the staff, and the mechanics! I was away for the military and they really took care of my daughter's car and walked us through the entire process. Also to mention they did an excellent job on her car! I was a nervous wreck (pun intended) lol, but we truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion! Biggest thanks and many blessings! Highly recommend!

Stephen was great! He made sure to over communicate with my vehicle while it was out for repairs with hail damage and the overall quality for repairs on my vehicle look GREAT! I couldn’t even tell there had been prior issues. Thanks for all your help.

We decided to take my fiancee vehicle in for body work, Unfortunately we got paired with Brandon McCrocklin as he works with our insurance company. Brandon has zero customer service skills, we waited nearly 2 weeks for an update and got NOTHING… And If you call him to check in… You will get a bunch of excuses and bad attitude. Stay away from this place!

Mauricio was my advisor and he was very thorough, a good communicator and helped me feel comfortable that my repairs would be done efficiently and carefully. He assured me that my damaged new car would be good as new when done. In fact, it was better than new! They did such a complete job, that now when my hatchback is opened, it plays a little warning tune. It had not done so before they worked on it! I recommend Five Star Ford Collision 100%.

The entire team was very friendly and helpful. Not only were the repairs done exceptionally well, they went above and beyond by repairing and painting an unrelated dent in the frame and didn't charge me for it. They said they had the paint mixed anyway and it was no trouble to take care of it. All repairs look beautiful like the truck was brand new. Absolutely "five star" service.

I brought my 22 Red Mach 1 up to Brandon McCrocklin at the Five (1) Star Collision Shop located @ 5250 RiversideDr, Ft Worth TX 76137 for minor touch ups due to rock chips and a minor paint damage on the driver's side rear. I was told we will have it in a week. I purchased the hood decal for $600 online vs the $900 that they wanted for the same decal and would not price match. Well one week to get my car back has now turned into three weeks and a day. After my call today, Brandon did not order the correct number of rear decals and has to reorder it again. Everything that Brandon does takes about 4 days. Every time I call and get anther situation. Today I called and asked how much longer and what are we going to do about a discount since you are taking over three weeks and I was told rudely " Come get your car man its ready. The work is done." I told him that the work is not done as you just said that there is a decal missing.This is not an insurance claim. I am paying CASH for the paint repairs.I was looking into buying a 23 Red Lariat F150 for $75k this coming weekend but with service like this I will be going to any other of the many dealerships in the DFW area.Thanks Brandon McCrocklin for the rude service from you yourself that I have received. The paint dept did a great job, just not you.Service: Painting

I had a great experience with 5 Star Collision. The insurance company though was a pain, but 5 star helped by consistently following up to help get the claim and supplements pushed through to the insurance and holding them accountable to fix my car correctly when they wanted to short cuts things. I would 100% use them again for (hopefully I won't need it again though) body work on my cars.Services: Painting
