The name of the shop, speaks for itself. My car pulley belt broke, call the shop, from a " Referral of a Friend" I was not disappointed. The mechanic did a throughly diagnostic and found that my belt was the only problem. He didn't try to get over and the same dayI gave a " Referral to my Co-worker"

The service was slow, taking two days to replace the gas sensor and radiator. The price, however, will have me coming back if I am not in a hurry to get the vehicle. The guy with whom I made my first contact needs to work on customer service skills and follow up on keeping the customer informed about the service updates.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my truck here and paid him only for me to pull off and my truck was still messed up and the check engine light was on for the same issue. I took my truck to a different shop and he showed me where they broke a piece and never put my parts on. So I went back to his shop and the parts were still sitting in the same box that I brought them in and he never put the bolts back on my truck alot of my parts were just hanging. I went back to the owner and he said that one of his workers did it and that he has had that problem before. He agreed to give me half of my money back because I got the other shop to fix it and had to get all new parts, but he never did I will make it my mission to get this shop shut down because this is rediculous

I have been using 5-Star since moving here about 7 years ago and have always found them do good work, they get it done in the time they say (based on how busy) and have never had to take anything back. Very reasonable on prices. Will allow you to bring your own parts also if you want which can save $ also. I just had them replace an AC compressor that Christian Bro's quoted me @ $2,600 I bought parts and Alex got it done in one day and total was @ $900. CB, wanted to replace a ton of parts that did NOT need to be replaced. Only people I trust with My cars and trucks these days.Services: General repairs & maintenance
