I got my hat from here this weekend and I spent $400 no branding was offered… it seemed like the girls were uninterested in helping me… the expierence was bland to say the least. The woman who put my hat together was sweet but not talking to me much… I went for an expierence I left with a headache. The money for the hat wasn’t the issue it was the lack of custumer service and next to me a man spoke Spanish and asked for help he brought a translator and to my surprise the woman said she didn’t want to help him and kept calling for someone else…. Gave me racist vibes for sure. I offered clearly to translate as well. She just did not want to help him…. It’s a shame for $400 I should’ve been treated a lot nicer although I still got my hat because I drove forever to get one I will always tell my friends and people in our own business to not go to this spot bc unkind people don’t deserve for great customers to walk in and be dismissed. I truley should’ve asked for the owner but I wanted to pray about what I wrote before spewing anger.

The selection is great but prices are at least 6x the price for the exact same item on Amazon. Customer service is nonexistent.

My wife walked in here looking for a new hat while on a vacation to Texas. She had a great time designing a custom hat and is very happy with the end a result. She did have a feather fall out a couple of days later, but was very easy to fix.

Was very happy with my hat upon leaving the shop! However when I got home a few hours later/ the chain fell off… very disappointed considering the price of the hat.

I would highly recommend finding a different hat bar. Such a cute concept, but it would be much better if they hired people who actually have a single drop of kindness or customer service. None of the employees greeted us or asked us if we needed any help, but three of them were at the counter by the entrance. They were too busy talking to each other, and they were extremely rude when I approached. I asked if I just needed to hop in line at the hat bar. One lady with claws said yes and went right back to chit chatting. After waiting at the hat bar for a few minutes, the same lady with the claws decided to come help us. She just sat down and looked at us without saying anything, so I approached. She continued to stay silent and just tried to put my selected ribbons on the hat. Her claws were so long that she couldn’t even put the ribbon on the hat correctly. I finally had enough. I just bought the plain hat because I liked it, but I was ready to get out of there because it was such an unpleasant experience.

I have been wanting to go into this store for quite some time now. My husband and I were staying at the Drover for our anniversary last Thursday night so I thought it was the perfect time to step in. I have a hat that I wanted to get branded, wasn’t quite ready to make a hat from scratch since I didn’t have an appointment. None of the associates ever greeted or said anything. We walked up to the counter where one was sitting on her cell phone and asked if they could brand my hat since it wasn’t purchased from there. She asked another associate who seemed hesitant, while the third associate sitting down pretty bluntly said to her ‘I wouldn’t do it’. The original girl we asked told us we could go wait by the branding area and someone would be over to help us shortly. We waited 15 minutes and nobody ever walked over. All the while one of the others working was sitting on their phone.
I noticed someone else in the past week left a review with almost the exact same experience. It feels as though if we aren’t buying a hat from the store, then branding one isn’t worth their time. Pretty upsetting and sad to say that I will never go back to have a hat made there.

came here yesterday to get my personal stetson hat branded, and was not greeted by a single associate. nobody asked me what im looking for or if i needed help with the process. found the branding area on my own and the stylist did not acknowledge me at all or let me know if she’d be right with me after the current customer. i waited 35 mins and had to flag someone down myself to ask for help & see the options. a girl finally came & after a few questions she said “i dont think i can do your hat, you’re too picky and its giving me anxiety”. i had only asked her about the two sizes of letters at this point. she walked away & handed me over to someone else who did the branding and it was cute but im realizing she missed a spot and my letter is not burned evenly. overall really poor customer experience and i felt like they didnt want to service me and prioritized other customers.
