I went around 7:30pm today to buy shoes. There was allot of female employees standing at the cash register talking. One of the employees went to ask me if I needed help. I gave her two different shoes for her to get for me for me to try on. She didn’t go to the back to look for the shoes. She went back to the register to continue talking to the other employees. I went ahead and walked out. They weren’t concerned to provide excellent customer service, so I wasn’t concerned to continue my shopping there and went elsewhere in the mall.

Service and selection was poor. I’m went an hour before closing but felt rushed and left to fend for myself. I left and found what I needed from Shoe Palace.

Came to pickup an order and 3 different people had to look for my order. It took over 30 mins. for them to tell they don't have anything and to call customer service. The whole time I sat and waited the kept whispering amongst themselves without updating me of what's going on.

I was in the store to exchange my shoes and the young lady said we could them guy came to me and we don’t do that i guess he was the manager said we don’t do that here i said what i just came a different foot locker the only reason I’m here because they didn’t have any I think I wanted.then started trying to fight with me saying ratio marks towards me i have contacted corporate office of foot lockHe does not to be working in customer service and he did this in front my young daughter

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone is negative and looks like they hate their job, along with hating the people they are dealing with. So rude, no smiles, no asking if they could help more. We felt as it we were a BURDEN to them. Do better.
