I came across this spot on TikTok and just had to check it out for myself. My fiancée and I had a great time exploring the space and shooting some hoops. Although we didn’t make any purchases this time, I’m looking forward to coming back and doing so in the future. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful during our visit. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This place is awful and disrespectful. They denied the fact they do payment plans after I showed them they do and charged me full price anyway after agreeing to help me at first (slimy as f). Then, the ‘store manager’ came up being mad rude with ZERO etiquette until I showed him how to speak to another man by keeping my tone down (as the customer mind you). He then allows his employees to yell at me with him as I tried to calmly explain my issue. He kept talking over me condescendingly saying, “I’ll hire you” bc I needed to use a payment plan to afford my purchase. I wish I knew their names but not ONE had a name tag on. Just ridiculous, unprofessional and appalling. They all need to be looked at man. They don’t know what they’re doing in there. And guess what, I tried calling the store one time just to let them know
I filed a complaint and these lazy dudes don’t even have the phone on the line. Treat your customers like customers, ‘store managers’ should never allow this behavior. Lmaooooo and I kid you not, I showed them this google search proving them wrong and one of them said “how can you verify that?” …. ITS GOOGLE 😂 the same place where your company and store info and damn near ALL info is listed. Like who would take time out there day to lie about this on google? Dude just didn’t want to do his job. I guess he said that bc they don’t even know when they close based on the other reviews on here. Google says they close at 9 but the ‘great store manager’ says they close at 8 cause he feels like it. This place could be so great if they had a competent team. Not the sharpest tools in this shed I’m sorry but wow.

Nice facility! I’ve been here for 15 min sitting waiting for an associate to come assist me and they are on their phones or talking amongst themselves! No initiative😒

Love this location. It reminds me of Just For Feet with the basketball court inside. Very spacious and great selection of shoes for the whole family. I'll definitely return soon.

This is the largest Foot Locker in the world! The atmosphere is electric and the staff was friendly and helpful. we found exactly what we were looking for and it was on sale!
The selection is similar to what you would find at footlocker, but there were additional colors and options for the whole family.
What makes this location unique is the the half sized basketball court in the back where you can shoot hoops and play with your family, the treadmill you can run on to try out your new shoes, huge screens showing ads and sports events, and a digital scanner to measure your feet to make sure you get the right size.
The overall size of the store and volume of products is like no other location in the world.

Treated unfairly waited over 30 minutes for a shoe and was brought the wrong. Shoe never ever talk to a manager. I would like to report this footlocker to corporate. They are not for African-Americans and their customer service is horrible. They do not have any good selection of a shoe and horrible customer service would not recommend
