Told you to GONE AND PULL UP THE GUY THAT DAY TOOK HIS TIME with smile and apologies along the way and he really was VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT THAT LADY HE WORK WITH WASN'T SO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY UNLESS SHE HAD OTHER ISSUES..BUT/SO I TRIED TO DO that " get her TO come alive test"...&&&/so i said I won't say anymore..??cause I normally would ask if they are having a bad day...but CANT afford to loose my positive ???..because of negative waves floating just let her do her and left out...no bad attitude .BUTT NOW WHEN YOU ASK ME"THIS IS SOME OF WHAT I'm REALLY SAYING...AND #P.S....THIS STORE ARE IN MY FAMILY'S BEST 5."for many years.so THEY just USE TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMILES thats all?????

Horrible experience, I drove 15 miles to pickup a pair of shoes my son ordered that required payment. I informed the store manager I was picking up a pair of shoes for my son because he had to work. The store manager informed me he that my son had to pickup the shoes in person with his ID. I informed the manager of my son situation and that I have ID to show we live at the same address with same last name and I have all the order details. The manager still would not allow me to pay and pickup the shoes do to lack of common sense store policies. I can no longer support a store that make its customers life more difficult.

This Footaction has the biggest shoe selection for infants and toddlers I've ever seen. I went in to look around for boots (timberlands) for my 8 month old son but I did not see what I was looking for. I am not sure if they sell boots at all or just not this time of the year (can't remember). Not a problem at all. Due to my social anxiety, I tend to avoid all help from the employees working. This time I didn't get the usual "can I help you find anything" type of question from the woman working. Instead, she gave me a minute or two to look alone before she came over. When the employee came over she didn't make me feel awkward and didn't ask a lot of questions like I was there to take a quiz. I hate all the questions, it gives me anxiety and I end up leaving the store! Lol. that helped a lot and made me more willing to let her help. Told her I was lookin for boots and she took control from there. Obviously they didn't have boots. But, instead of saying they didn't have what I was looking for and turning me away, she grabbed some shoes and started trying them on my son to find his exact size. Found his shoe size and told me what store I could find the boots at. She also did not tell me to NOT get him the boots but gave me good detailed info about what shoes would be best for him to wear and where to find those also since he is just trying to walk. Unlike most shoe stores, the employees are teenagers that are not very knowledgeable and personable like this nice woman at this location. I am honestly so impressed. She didn't just do the minimum because I know she could have if she wanted. Her being a mom of three she must have sensed that I am new mom and decided to go over the top to teach me valuable info before letting me go out and waste money on something I'd probably later regret. I wish I got her name but she was awesome. (she was workin oct 15th. give her a raise for real lmao.)

Very friendly & attentive staff. Since we knew exactly what shoes & size we wanted, shoes were brought immediately......we were in and out in 10 minutes
