I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an interaction I had with one of your employees, Brayden, at your gym on 11/1/2023 at 5:03pm. I had been considering signing up as a customer and visiting your gym, but after the encounter with Brayden, I have decided against it. I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention as it reflects poorly on your establishment's customer service. During my visit to the gym, I approached Brayden with a few questions about membership options and facilities. Instead of providing me with the information I needed, Brayden was incredibly rude and condescending in his responses. His demeanor was unprofessional and offensive, and I was taken aback by his lack of courtesy and respect. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during the entire interaction. Brayden's condescending attitude and rudeness not only deterred me from signing up as a customer at your gym but also left me with a negative impression of your establishment. As someone who values customer service and respectful treatment, this experience was wholly unsatisfactory. I believe that employees should represent the values and ethos of the gym they work for, which was clearly not the case with Brayden. I hope you understand the significance of customer service and the impact it has on the reputation and success of any business. It is crucial that your employees treat potential customers with respect and professionalism, fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all. In this case, Brayden's behavior has had the opposite effect, and it is disappointing that I must take my business elsewhere. As a business owner myself I feel I would like to know when my employees mess up. I urge you to address this matter promptly, perhaps through training and guidance for your employees, to ensure that other potential customers do not have to endure similar treatment. It is my hope that you will take this complaint seriously and that steps will be taken to improve the customer experience at your gym. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Coming from the HOG in Georgetown TX, FOX has been my home GYM for about a year. Very satisfied with the GYM and is managed very well. Thank you FOX management/ownership keep up the great work??????. Side note for current/future membies: Those of you slamming weights down, “If you can’t re-rack the dumbbells without slamming them you are too weak for them PERIOD” LOL. Further more rubber matting is a safety measure not an invitation to drop what you can’t handle. Due to this weakness we are currently down a 110 and 130 dumbbell.

Defiantly a great place to workout at. The equipment is NICE and well maintained. The facility as a whole is nice and well taken care of. Defiantly recommend this gym.

For the longest time I wanted to join this gym but was so intimidated for whatever reason without ever going in. I decided to just do it and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. The staff are so kind and the members are so helpful and motivating. I also train with one of their personal trainers Candace! She has changed my life! Highly recommend this gym and their trainers!

Really nice gym with good energy and kept up equipment. The outdoor area is also nice, and so far, it's my favorite part of the gym. My only thing would be the restrooms, they're nice but need a little love. But all in all I drive out here on the weekends to go here, it has great gym energy/atmosphere.

Great gym, great people. Do recommend. They have personal trainers and all equipment you could imagine. Great place to come train. Staff is helpful. They clean the gym everyday everyone wipes down equipment, Everyone here is for the same goal and no judgement at all.!

In the gym world there are lot of copy cats and few originals. Fox is a true gem! One of a kind with serious equipment and lots variety. I highly recommend to the gym rats and those who want to be with those who are at the gym to work out! Great gym!

This is one of the warehouse gyms that everyone in DFW should visit. Clean, working equipment, good environment, very friendly staff, and seems to attract a very friendly range of customers. I’ve been here for four years now, and this is my proud home gym, and one of the more inviting and motivating gyms I have been to.

I joined the gym back in 2017 when it first opened! I love how any broken equipment is repaired within 24-48 hours. It’s also family owned! I appreciate the diversity of equipment and I enjoy the outdoor space!

It has everything you need, its close to residential areas and has a great patio area with plenty of equipment! As long as you avoid peak hours, its always comfortable and fairly empty. Definitely recommend!

This is one of the most serious gyms I’ve been to in 16 years of being in the fitness scene. The equipment is diverse, high-end and in good condition. You can tell ownership put pride and money into building an maintaining an elite facility. You can get some of the best workouts of your life here. Unfortunately you can also get some of the worst because of how crowded it gets. 5pm-9pm sucks. The membership base has outgrown the gym’s size and volume of equipment. I suggest ownership either begins to limit new membership or they invest in additional equipment before the experience deteriorates to a level that pushes their core members away. If you can get past the loud ghetto rap music and high schoolers flexing their bones while taking selfies, this place is a vibe.
